  1. I am praying the torture porn for Sasha is done and over with, because it's painful to suffer through.
  2. This! All of this! It's the writing that pulls you in and the acting of that writing by a talented company of actors.
  3. I can see why Mary Fickett was brought back for the 30th anniversary; those flashbacks were so touching. A nice mixture of celebration of the past and the future.
  4. I wish the remaster were on streaming; cmon Prime Video, time to put it back up.
  5. The Angie & Jesse return / the tornado of Pine Valley is around the era of which I began watching AMC in real-time.
  6. IIRC, Eden McCoy did state (in terms of relationships) he was shaking everything up a bit. So, I do think he wanted to take the canvas he was [unfortunately] given and see what he could do before he really made the changes we'd need to see. But just did not get that chance, ultimately.
  7. I did not want to go too far back, honestly, even though I should. But 2000 seemed like a solid starting point.
  8. Jumping into [some] AMC rewatch/first-time watching, and I am beginning with the first episode of 2000. Here we go!
  9. ❝ “If you’re going to go see something staged, why not see people who can really deliver in a way that’s skillful and that pulls on your heartstrings in an intentional way, but also allows for fun and warmth?” said the actress Karla Mosley, who will portray one of the daughters of Tunie’s character. ❞
  10. I know [some] of the photos look like they were taken outside of the studio space. Example: Colby Muhammad posted on December 2 taking the photos:
  11. Will try and watch, as Jennifer's talk show airs right after GH here.
  12. Same; I'm excited to see a soap opera from DAY ONE for the first-time in my lifetime.
  13. It's been up for quite some time; [more] profile/cast images were put up sometime this afternoon! So exciting.
  14. And then Blakemore's return in 2021 was another wasted opportunity.
  15. Not what I was stating at all. Just that it happened a bit more casually, sans announcement or "[T]he role of.." and then no ongoing social media fanfare about the recast.
  16. Credits for Tuesday, February 4, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Nigel Campbell, Stacey Pulwer Director: Robert Markham
  17. I remember the first time I saw this scene on YouTube some years ago... I kind of miss when soaps could just do this, and we'd accept it.
  18. We had it so good with MySpace. All Tom wanted was to be our friend, and then everyone ran to Facebook complaining about wanting things we already had... on MySpace!
  19. Honestly, the strike team were the only ones who really got Lois.
  20. Watch them sell it as Lois allowed it to keep an eye on her grandson and wanted to reconnect him to his mother... that would be some grade A level bullshït to me. Rena Sofer can sell it, but that does not mean it's something I want/need to see.
