GF does have a bit of a point though. From what I’ve seen, Diana really did seem to ping-pong back and forth between being a spoiled, unserious heiress, a serious, determined businesswoman, a Laura clone and a Marlena clone. Idk if the strike writing had something to do with that too but I see what she means. And, she was 100% correct that there was always a lot of chem testing on Days. I think that was more on Al Rabin though because it happened pretty much all throughout the 80s. And I love that, despite the bad experience, she did enjoy working with Drake Hogestyn 😊

I did really like all the sweet family moments today; both with Rocco/Scout/Danny and Mac/Felicia/Sasha. They all seem to work pretty well together. And I really appreciate the fact that the Q mansion is continuing to remain as a focal point of GH. And it was also nice to see Gio doing something besides playing the violin or being Violet’s bff. I wouldn’t mind seeing #Trio or a triangle with Kai. I’m looking forward to Ava’s trial too. Btw, shut up, Michael lol

I don’t think she would have played it as much of a victim as Sally Spencer did.

I get it lol For me, it’s the way she delivers her lines. Idk if it’s a quirk or something but she just sounds so nasty and snobby sometimes. And I thought she did today too. But I also think she’s gotten better over time. When Xander and Sarah first got together, the way she would speak to him sometimes, you practically hear the contempt and condescension in her voice. Like she was talking down to him. But now, it seems like she actually does love him 😂

I guess we were supposed to have sympathy for Kristen today, but I don’t. And her raging at Brady after everything she’s done made me laugh. She acts like she owns him. It was good for a while but now it’s just overplayed and tired. Like I said before, the orchid thing should have been the final nail in the coffin for Bristen. Hopefully, this’ll be the thing that finally wakes Kristen up and gets her over Brady for good. The character definitely needs a reset. Or she can finally just be sent packing. Hell, why does she even want a year 50 old recovering addict that’s in love with love and still lives with his parents? 😂😂😂 Philip and Stephanie’s reunion was nice, though I didn’t really see much chemistry between the two of them. But it was only their first scene, maybe that’ll change over time. Btw, wtf was that stupid ass sound that Philip made after Stephanie agreed to be his PR person? They really need to stop writing Philip like a big, campy joke because it’s not working. Johnny and Alex looked hot but Johnny’s lie to Chanel about his dream was stupid lol he should have just said he didn’t remember. But I’m finally liking the whole Chanel/Johnny/Joy/Alex situation. And now that Joy confessed everything to Alex, another dynamic is added to this storyline and I like that, even though I feel like Alex playing it like a dope today was the wrong choice too. Just like with Philip, playing, writing or directing some things like campy jokes ruins them. I still think it’s a big mistake for Alex to have been completely removed from the Kiriakis family storylines. He should be a part of the war between Philip and Xander over Titan, undermining one or both of them. And now that Philip and Stephanie are in each other orbits again, Xander and Brady have made peace and Sarah can walk again, all of these storylines could come together in one big mess that has huge effects across the canvas and for all these characters. It’s trending at #9 today. Maybe Monday and Tuesday are responsible for the drop 😂😂

And it was with the first MJ too. I wonder how it would have played out if AW had gone there.

I haven’t thought that but it would be nice to see them be cast. It would give us a better understanding as to why Sophia is the way that she is. Maybe this handsome man could be cast as her father 😂😂😂 If Greg is 0-2 when it comes to soap roles, then Days should just cut him lol Ron’s gone. We don’t need Leo anymore 😂

Yeah… they’re really trying to make us hate Drew right now lol even though I think he has a point about Jason’s parenting, or lack thereof. Kai seems ok so far, but him and Dex are no Cam and Spencer. GH still hasn’t seemed to get that memo yet And yeah, despite the propping today, I still hate Carly’s kids 😂

This is why I think that the writing is mostly to blame. Ron always takes his villains too far, so when he writes something that’s designed to make fans have sympathy for them, it just doesn’t happen. Personally, I always see it as well deserved karma. You can say the same thing is happening for Kristen right now actually.

So, Kevin is forced as much as Leo is? 😂 It hasn’t worked since about 2019 lol I liked Leo when he first came on. I thought it was refreshing and something different to have a gay villain. But now, after everything that’s been written for him, I’m just done. I’m curious though, how do you think Greg is at fault too?

I’m not really looking forward to Definitely. On some level, I do feel a little sorry for Greg Rikaart because it’s not his fault that so many fans hate Leo. Ron and his writing is to blame

F*ck off, Kristen. I understand her doing what she can to try and get Brady back, even though at this point she really does need to get a clue. But there’s no reason for her to be such an annoying pain in the ass. Sarah could have gotten motivated to try and walk all on her own. And Kristen acting like she was marking her territory with Ava was a little unnecessary too. I am looking forward to Brady and Ava a little though and the effect that it’s going to have on Kristen. With any luck, this’ll be the thing that forces her to get over Brady for good. And yeah, I do agree with Ava; Tate is a bit of a jackass lol Speaking of Tate, I liked his scenes with Holly too. The two of them dancing together was really sweet. And it was nice seeing them act like a normal couple, even though I’m still hoping that Sophia gets back at the two of them somehow. I mean, I understand everything that Tate went through and the mistakes that he made. It is in character for him to be a little stupid lol but it’s still messed up. Sophia deserved better. Maybe Aaron could be better lol even though I don’t really seem him and Sophia as a couple either. But I liked their scenes and that they each had someone to confide about their problems. Btw, how can Mark be charged in Salem for a crime that took place in Paris? With any luck, he’ll be out of jail soon and his own storylines can continue #Mavi 😂😂 Sarah confiding her fears about Xander and his guilt, to Maggie was really good as well. Xander feeling responsible for what his mother did could lead to something interesting happening, especially once Sarah starts walking again.

And that’s what gets annoying to me, after a while. And why I suggested that they should have cast a younger actor to play Leo back in 2018. That way, him being young and immature would make sense. And of course, the way he treated Gwen and other people annoys me too 😂😂 They could have but Leo would often ruin it 😂😂😂 For example…

There are a lot of signs that suggest it lol If everything’s written like a bigger than usual joke, if the episode is short but still feels rushed, if there’s unnecessary fluff and flashbacks, if people are drunk, horny, or acting out of character, if someone’s explanation/justification is weak or stupid, if historical facts are randomly mentioned, if there’s a *wink wink* to a cancelled soap, if Leo’s in drag, if someone gets handcuffed to a bed, if The Real Housewives or Drag Race is mentioned… Rushing something always ruins it.

Three consecutive episodes of Leo 🤮🤮🤮 Does Marlena even get that many consecutive episodes? Honestly, I only see this as more proof that if Ron really wanted something done, he could get it done no matter what and that every excuse we ever got was bullshit. Today was a bit of an improvement over yesterday and Monday though. The script was clearly in the hands of a real writer. Even the dialogue itself seemed more intelligent and mature. I’m still liking Rafe and Jada’s storyline, even though I wish he had stayed on as a detective, at least for a little while. That way this all could be built up for a while and culminate into something explosive. I also wouldn’t mind it if he sued the city either. JJ and Gabi’s scenes were really nice too. I like the way that their relationship is being built up. The two of them being the decoys in Chad and Cat’s plan to get Clyde could be really interesting as well. And that could be a good way to bring the two of them back together. Hopefully, they’ll somehow weave EJ back into this as well. Btw, where was Cat going with that Snooki poof? 😂😂 And, WTG, Javi!! You can do so much better than that selfish, washed up old douche! Contrary to how Javi described Leo today, that’s exactly what he is. It sucks that this is probably only gonna be temporary, but it was great seeing Javi tell Leo off and seeing him walk away like an idiot. Javi/Al Calderon deserves a lot better than a pairing with Days’ worst character. The only thing I’ll give the Javi/Leo pairing is that it’s not as utterly repulsive as Dimitri/Leo. That was, hands down, one of the worst and grossest pairings I’ve ever seen. And yeah, if they’re gonna keep writing Leo as though he’s this young, irresistible twink, they really needed to (sorry, Greg Rikaart) cast someone a lot younger.

Kerry, Javi, Dimitri, Craig, maybe Mark, almost Sonny. Who knew that Leo was the most desirable man in Salem? 😂😂 I’ll have to pay closer attention now 😂
