Another Body&Soul day, another waste of time. Hopefully, this isn’t a sign of things to come this month. And a Jamey episode, to make it even worse. Marie Fallon, who plays a Nun? And btw, I love how Seth Burns, chief of staff, or whatever the hell he is, of a major hospital has the time to be an actor. The one comfort about all this is that if this crap actually was a real soap, Soap Twitter would be ripping it to pieces. Hopefully, another Days actor will speak out against all of this too.

Just to clear things up, I don’t think it’s suspicious in regards to Genie Francis. My suspicions were in regards to Jonathan Jackson/Lucky

And that’s one of the (many) reasons why I hate all of this so much. It’s like they’re mocking and ridiculing and disregarding all the hard work that these people put in every day. I hope the actors are having fun too, but I just think they deserve a lot better than what they’re getting. There’s a big difference between spoofing yourself and just being humiliated and disregarded by the writers. Writers that are always boasting about what big soap fans they are, but seem to have no understanding of what soap opera is. And of course, the little bitchy rants just get annoying. Too soon to make any judgements about NuAiden but I hope it works out. His scene with Liz today was nice. Lucky’s reunions were the best part of today though. He really does seem fit back into the canvas so easily, but I also do admit that starting his storyline during Genie Francis’ summer vacation does seem a little suspicious. I’m really looking forward to his reunion with Liz tomorrow. Btw, are they finally sending Marshall packing?

This is good news, especially since it looks like the Spencer/Webber family is being rebuilt and that’s a good thing. Hopefully, after all these musical Aiden’s, this recast works out. My only question is, why does Aiden suddenly look like the oldest Webber brother? As for a romantic pairing, I think y’all are letting that out of character Jason/Anna thing go to your heads lol Lucas is not the type to date a teen, especially one that was raised as his cousin. If anything, maybe they’ll cast Tobias. Or perhaps pair Aiden with Gio, who’s basically just been a talk to lately. Especially since the rumor was that Gio was originally conceived as a teen character but was aged once Giovanni Mazza got the role. I think his work in the Jake/Danny fight scene was the nail in his coffin 😂 Veering off is fun sometimes 😂😂😂

Just what we needed after a weekend of terrible news, a full Body&Soul day 🖕🖕 All the meta-jokes did absolutely nothing except make me roll my eyes. Neither did messy Johnny and Chanel because they deserve better than this. I’m glad that this (possibly) was the thing that got Ron fired and that it only has like 3 fans across the entire Soap Universe. That’s exactly what it deserves. And yeah, Hattie needs to be killed off. Bonnie still having a subscription to Soap Opera Digest shows how long ago this was written. Btw, does the thumbnail for today’s episode show a major spoiler for everyone else as well? 😂😂

It still crazy to me how, judging by this clip, the name/character John Black was only supposed to be a temporary thing. And look how iconic he became.
