You can NOT miss 1991-1992, so don't skip that! LOL Honestly one of the best years ever. You don't want to miss Hayley's arrival (Nov 1990), Janet throwing Natalie down the well, and Dimitri/Wildwind introduction. Edmund's introduction. Then you get Kendall's introduction. Then Maria at the same time...LOL You really can't miss any of that. McTavish gets a lot of hate around here, but I really thought her best work was on AMC when she was head writer 1992-1995. Maybe I'm biased because that's the era that got me into soaps generally when I was younger, but it was fantastic TV - and AMC was always in the top 2 or 3 in ratings during that period, so that should tell you something.

WAIT a minute... I had no idea Jill Larson, my lovable Opal on AMC, was on OLTL... let alone named Ursula! How funny. That clip is so camp - there's no way that older man could wheel that chair so fast and furious that two grown women are thrown out a glass window haha. So what happens next - is that what kills Ursula and gets Jill over to AMC??

DAMN! Ugh, this is sad. I was just going to say, she mentioned him in her speech at BravoCon, thanking him... so maybe they're at least ending on good terms. They really needed to have Kandi back on this season that just wrapped, but I get that she's so busy and wasn't going to let up waiting on the show.

No, I think she was a bartender at Company. I haven't seen that era of GL, but this character spotlight gives you a good idea of who Lola Fontaine was. She seemed like a pretty prominent character while she was there. Oh OMG that unpublished book of hers is WILD. Must-read, even if overly embellished (from what I assume).

Go Laura! Loved her finally having the courage to stand up to Leslie. The Anita/Eva scene was nice too.

Ahh I see, ok makes sense... not that I like it, but that makes sense haha. So that makes me wonder - when Kate Mansi directed Tuesday's show, does that mean she only directed a few of the scenes that episode and not all? Makes me wonder how the directing/writing credits get assigned in that model.

Yep - she acted on GL for a year in the early 80s.

I'm noticing there are some issues with follow-through/up on this show. Like Ric being drugged/tortured by Alexis/Ava - after all that, we just sweep it under the rug and pretend it didn't happen? Same with Ned's heart attack - I guess this was just a fast plot point to move other things along, but we're not really supposed to care how he is? We haven't seen him or Olivia since he got to the hospital... Otherwise, there are fun things I like about the show. It moves quickly, so it's not boring like others. The sets are amazing, and they have so many... probably the best I've seen in current times. Great acting generally.

Me too! Not that I knew whether she did previously or not over the past many years, but love seeing Laura! That ending today was good!!! I didn't realize Laura was married to Kevin until I Googled it haha - I'm guessing with Lindstrom being on BTG, he doesn't show up much on GH these days? Do they just periodically do things like today where she leaves him a voicemail - so you know he's there, but he's never getting shown? I know Britt isn't popular around here, but I am finding her and the storyline interesting this week. Why does she have to take these shots - is that keeping her alive for some reason?

Ok, I found one tiny little thing to complain about 😛 and maybe it's my older eyes these days, but the little circle/star next to each topic in a forum is so tiny now. It reminds me of clicking on those tiny little X's on your iPad to get out of ads on your games (haha). I can totally live with it because everything else is so amazing, but curious if there is a personal setting I can change to increase the size of those buttons/text generally?

I recently realized that Roger Newman, who was a GL writer for many years, also acted in the role of Ken Norris (Holly's brother)! Very cool.

So far so good! MUCH faster too. The large banner ads that were buggy in the middle of the screen are gone, which I love. The ad experience is SO much better and makes everything faster for me. I hope it continues, don't want to jinx it haha. Thanks for updating!
