  1. LMAO:
  2. She speaks highly of AMC 2.0 on there too, which makes me happy.
  3. They will never recast Brenda. Ever. She's most likely just the stupid Easton-related character. Waste of time.
  4. Write it into the show and let them knock boots or I'm not impressed.
  5. She had a starring role on the much-hailed NYPD Blue revival pilot ABC failed to pick up to series. A lot of names have popped up on GH in the last few years to do stints for a little dough. I think it's beneath them given the quality of the specific writing and roles, but she's neither the biggest nor the last. I believe someone said Sherry Stringfield got turned down in favor of Gina Tognoni for NuPhyllis on Y&R, or maybe some role on B&B (or both).
  6. So many people too good for modern GH have done it in the last decade that I'm numb to it - Veronica Cartwright, Dee Wallace, Richard Burgi, Jeff Kober. All wasted in pointless or ruined roles poorly written. So Kim showing up means nothing to me. The only role worthy of her stature would be Liz's mother and that's not happening. Miss me with something about Michael Easton's family or some [!@#$%^&*], who gives a fùck?
  7. FL aside, the overall polling still is not terribly close. Do I think it will be a walk for Biden, no, and I remain very vigilant, but I am not seeing 'very close' in the general overalll numbers anywhere yet.
  8. Jessie Wallace has been such a mess for so many years, it's easy to forget how sharp her instincts could be. The fact that she screamed that line (her own choice, not the writers) has stayed with me for years. Sometimes you have to punch it.
  9. Fair enough. There was also a "Robbie Berridge" but who knows.
  10. I thought there was another Rick in the early 80s I vaguely recall from the classic eps CBS used to run. Phil MacGregor! That's the name. Simon didn't start on GL til '81, long after that kid above. MacGregor posted by someone on our own site, when I google searched:
  11. Wait, they all hated Michael O'Leary and wanted him fired? He probably should've been in the 90s tbh but...
  12. Relevant - chill out, folks.
  13. Still astonished to see Jessica Chastain playing Carolyn in the 2004 pilot. Wow. There's a lot that doesn't work about this pilot but some that does. If nothing else it proves the brand is still immortal and could be brought back at any time. (If I had any energy left for DS myself I'd consider pitching.) I wonder if that 2019 project is still going forward when the pandemic ends. Amusing that this pilot is also using not only the Jennifer Eight score I loved in '90s episodes of Loving (albeit overused there) as a temp soundtrack, but also Michael Small's classic score from Klute. Some music never ages. I'd forgotten it was shot by P.J. Hogan, who is talented, and while the cinematography is obviously fucked up on YouTube, it still is clearly lit like Italian horror, a favorite genre of mine. Gorgeous if a bit OTT here.
  14. I had no idea Justina was on DWTS (with Anne Heche!).
  15. There's more.
