  1. It makes sense because he is in denial, jacked up on roids and desperate to regain control. That's why yesterday's insane joyride was the compromise to force him to stay on site.
  2. Yes, he is a deranged narcissist and a liar. But he is not a master strategist or manipulator. He has endured catastrophe after catastrophe of his own making for years, especially this year, especially the last 30 days. Now he's literally fallen prey to the disease he has spent the year calling a hoax and no big deal and the national reaction is largely schadenfreude and disgust. That is not something you plan.
  3. It's not a sham, lmao. What will it take for you guys to believe that a demented narcissist on steroids who hates the idea of illness in every way, and had to be forced by his staff to go to Walter Reed, is now living in denial and operating against medical advice?
  4. IMO: He's going to pull rank on the naval doctors and demand discharge. And before anyone says otherwise, no, that's not going to end well and be seen as a triumphant return by anyone but the cult. Not after the past week (or 24 hours).
  5. @DRW50
  6. Now trending: "Steroids"
  7. Yes, yes, he's an invincible god whose every move is a masterful ploy while his polling and public/media opinion close in on the center of the earth. Moving along.
  8. Disclaimer - Olivia Nuzzi is a white supremacist-loving dilettante. That being said:
  9. I assume it will one way or another. But that's still getting more difficult by the day, and I am glad they will suffer for it. It may become the very definition of pyrrhic victory - especially with the Dems becoming increasingly open to responding in kind.
  10. 37-40%.
  11. She is forbidden from leaving the house, lol. I don't trust those idiots without masks not to cross Wisconsin. This is not the victory lap you talked about - this is him desperately trying to take control of a disastrous situation while he's still in very dire medical straits. And FWIW, even if he does demand to return to the WH tomorrow against doctor's advice, that won't be a victory lap either at this point. Not with what the media and the public now see and understand - a sick, selfish, dangerous man.
  12. It won't work. For God's sake. Everyone but the hardcore minority is shocked and disgusted. And no, he did not go back to the WH. He went back inside the hospital.
  13. This is another disaster for him. But it's obvious he can't stand being out of control in this situation, and so is desperate to take control, even if it kills him. Fine.
  14. Loath though I am to quote Nuzzi:
