  1. Meanwhile:
  2. Let's not say things we can't take back.
  3. Both Wuhrer and (sadly) Luner were long since cooked by the time they did daytime. I just rolled my eyes when Kari showed up on GH; I wasn't really shocked, since she'd been virtually everywhere else. And she was dreadful on the show. I knew it wouldn't last long.
  4. Good luck with this plan.
  5. Trump palace intrigue from the right-leaning access hens at Puck: It's readable when run through archive.is.
  6. Season 4 still really holds up (and yes, Ciji is still singing). They're coming up on "Abby's Choice" in a bit. It's very comforting to pop in and out on the show live. It's gonna suck to only get in a few S7 eps on Sunday as I have no intention of bingeing all night (though it's happened before with Knots!). I hope on demand happens fast.
  7. She's singing away!
  8. Disney explicitly denies this, and cites 'egregious behavior.' This is another reason I have always been hesitant in suggesting DeMayo be hired back when we have no idea what happened and he has a history of wild behavior and opinions. He did outstanding work on Season 1 but you don't get dropped without a word without it being something serious. Jinx!
  9. Oh, whatever. That is not going to fly, it never does.
  10. That's my understanding, allegedly. She wanted a pay bump and FV either froze her out or tried to get her to take a cut, and then it was byebye. I assume his paternal affections had shifted in full to Nicolas Bechtel.
  11. A longer clip: It's all from this duo video of Harris and Walz.
  12. A lot of it was pure trainwreck value to me, lol.
  13. I don't know either nor care. Not to my knowledge. And yes, AFAIK Kristina has been bi for years. Anyone complaining about Mansi reminding them of that because they weren't watching before mid couple #300 can dip. I think it was also planned to cement both Stafford and Ron and Frank's beloved Kristen Alderson (before Kristen asked for a modest pay bump that is, lol). Remember, at that time Stafford was ascendant on the show as a new lead and they were pairing her with Roger and pushing the Franco/Kiki-Todd/Starr repetition hard. They kept on doing it with the three of them as a kind of loose family unit after Passanante took over while Hayley Erin was in the role for awhile. But I just never cared about any of them.
  14. All very impressive. I can't really put it all together in my head from the sides until I see some casting.
  15. I agree with titan and dc - I've said before I think Jill thought she finally had her way back into some creative control when the show was in a tight spot (when Tamara abruptly dipped) by getting Bransford a job lol. It just collapsed immediately because JB was not an A-level player and the rest of the power behind the show was not remotely into it. I was embarrassed for JFP tbh. It felt like a desperate attempt to rewind the clock on her own EP career. Bransford's not a bad actress but as an OLTL fan who remembered her I was shocked they hired her for that part. Nobody was out there cutting for Georgie Phillips and watching it everyday was surreal. I do think Mo only got behind her because she was clearly not popular and was not going to wield audience power against him in the way Tamara had with Ted King, or in the way Sarah was a singular presence lol. With JB as Carly he would not be threatened onscreen the way he had recently been.
  16. Don't look at me. I stopped watching regularly in 2015 until earlier this year (and have since stopped). All I know is that Nina gave birth in her coma(?), I think, to what she thought was one child but turned out to be twins. I believe they knew in Stafford's early days she had been pregnant but assumed she'd lost it when she ODed on pills after finding out about Silas' affair with Ava (which I think Donna Mills masterminded), and went into her decades-long coma. That's why I suspected from the beginning that RC had intended Kiki to actually be Nina's - Donna Mills/Madeline was willing to risk Nina's life to keep her from having Silas' child, as she hated Silas. I assumed Madeline had passed the child off to Ava to keep Silas out of her daughter's life. Regardless, the saga of Nina's long-lost child/children went on for around a decade and I've never cared in the slightest, except for when it resulted in the Nina/Drew/Willow triangle which I've lost interest in with PM gone. I am not going to come out here calling Kate Mansi the c-word for people on the Internet being crazy. A lot of Soap Twitter is weird as hell. They act like all these mid couples and characters on GH now are super popular.
  17. The rift that will split our ticket:
  18. The scene at the latest Trump presser: The music on the scene is currently playing (I am not making this up) The Doobie Brothers' "What a Fool Believes." Trump is now listlessly reading economic message points off a piece of paper in front of him, clearly unhappy as he is any time he is asked to stay on message. I'm sure he'll go rogue in here soon enough. Meanwhile: Rolling Stone (non-paywalled) on how red state polls are looking 'worse than they should.'
  19. The Harris rapid response team is truly one for the ages. It's "not a battleground state" for me.
  20. There was a significant gap. Haddad only returned for a brief guest run in '90, I believe. She was long gone before Laura Bonarrigo was hired the following year.
  21. F&M is Pennsylvania polling exclusively, I believe.
  22. LMAO I just thought back and it's true! You're wrong for this.
  23. Joe in the mix:
