Thanks for the vid @will81. That was so weird seeing those scenes together. And one thing that surprised me - David Kimble! I didn’t realise Michael Corbett had started that early on Y&R (I thought that was more 1989). What was he doing for the first couple of years before Phillip died and then he swooped in on Nina?

Some more EON episodes have just emerged. No dates, but they appear to be from 1979. Not sure if these have been uploaded previously. I did like that the first one has Margaret Colin (pre-ATWT) and Vasili Bogazianos (pre-AMC).

God damn, Darnell Williams could have a scene with a box of hair and it would still be more captivating than anything we see on daytime TV today!

A whole heap of these clips only recently got uploaded in the last few days. This one contains Jess Walton’s first ever appearance as Jill Abbott (complete with “the role of Jill Abbott is now played by Jess Walton”).

There is a nice little “triangle” slow burning with these three throughout the whole murder mystery that I’m also enjoying to an extent. Incidentally I watched an episode of The City earlier today where Sydney (Morgan Fairchild) had been pushed down a lift shaft. By this point, Alex and Jocelyn looked like they were together, and LLC by this point had quite a *unique* hairstyle which I personally thought didn’t really suit her. But that’s for another time...

Laura Wright hasn’t aged a day in all the roles I’ve seen her (Ally on Loving, Cassie on GL, and Carly on GH). She does has that certain edge about her that just draws you in. And her chemistry with Ted King is off the charts (no wonder they kept him on as Danny). Did their characters on GH ever get together? I agree about Ava as well - I pick up on her being absolutely scared out of her brains, and it is totally believable and well-written. And even now in this storyline the neuroses are still there, if not even more amplified.

So there have been so many more vids uploaded today (part 41 is being uploaded as we speak). This is the kind of binge watching I love. I’m curious myself actually...

From a few months ago...

OMG I’m watching this all for the first time, and seeing Buck on my screen awakens DILF feelings in me. I almost just want him to sweep me up in his arms and protect me. Also, Chris Marcantel. I thought Lisa Peluso playing Ava was neurotic AF, but him playing Curtis is off the scale. And I cannot help but be drawn to it, in a similar way to Buck, but this time I want to be the one to sweep him up in my arms and tell him everything’s going to be ok. He projects vulnerability so well. I find it kind of neat that he was the first AND last actor to play Curtis on the show (after the million and one recasts). Are there any early Loving videos out there from when he originated the role?

I love that they kept the same kid who played JJ for before and after Stacey’s murder. Definitely provided for some great consistency and drama. And thanks to everyone who helped provide the Buck backstory and confirmed he was Trucker’s brother. Did they delve much into their relationship on the show? I knew LLC was on the show, but was actually surprised to learn that Jocelyn was Danny’s sister. And yes completely agree about Ava talking about Stacey. I had watched some 1991 episodes a while ago during Ava’s time in the Paul/Carly storyline and observed just how overly neurotic she was then. It seems like her relationship with Alex helps to temper those neuroses a fair bit, and it does come across in these Murder episodes that she has grown up to an extent..

So I’m now caught up to everything Loving Murders that has been uploaded thus far. I have a few questions actually regarding prior plots: * How did Casey die? * What did Danny Roberts do to Casey and Ally prior to this that’s got Ally so hellbent on revenge? * What was the actual resolution to the whole Trisha stuff? All I know is that she was presumed dead after that car accident in 1993, and everyone thought she was dead although she wasn’t. * I read that Buck was also involved in that storyline somehow. Wasn’t he Trucker’s brother or something?

This is bloody sensational. I’ve wasted the last few hours binging on that Loving Murders playlist. It appears a lot of the videos have only been uploaded today, so I assume there are more on the way (or at least I hope so). Right now, it’s up to the point of Clay’s death...

That would have been fascinating to watch, especially considering John Aniston’s character was a father figure to TR.

I’m watching the second ATWT chat at the moment, and I’m cracking up at all the set furniture they grabbed after the show finished. I’m actually liking CZ’s understatedness here, especially as she tells her stories about Anthony Herrera and the bullfighting scene. And her having to wear SFX makeup for a *year* as part of the disfigurement storyline. Ellen - “Sometimes being a bitch is all you got left” about Margo’s last years.

Just as I did the ATWT Zoom chat the other day, I thoroughly enjoyed the GL one. It’s refreshing to see all these stars come back and be just so candid about their experiences and memories. Maureen Garrett looks absolutely amazing for a lady turning 72 this year, and it’s encouraging seeing Jerry verDorn still able to interact with other people. All the others were looking great too (Liz, Kim and Robert). I hope Alan keeps these running whilst we are still going through this lockdown phase.

Sanders is OUT!! Campaign suspended. About bloody time too!

Can I just say WOW! That was such a delight to watch. They are all looking amazing even after a decade. Let’s hope they continue these!
