Yeah, but it's more than some others have done. Hopefully, he'll take being sick to heart and be careful from now on.

And then you had the people who chose to leave, like RW, LD and TM. Eden was the only Capwell kid to be played by only one performer. I'm not sure an Eden recast would have been successful. We'll never know.

I know Rock himself has said he's vaccinated, but he definitely should be more careful.

Didn't New World Productions (which owned SB) fold not too long after SB went off the air? Or was it bought out? All things considered, it was a shame that MW and AM couldn't at least have come back for the finale. I don't even think they were approached about it.

One Life to Live Tribute Thread
I think you're onto something there. I remember reading that Phil Carey would get his hand wet and get Jacquie Courtney to shake hands, getting the words she'd scribbled on her hand to smear and wash away. So the story went. The Buchanan gentlemen were known as being pranksters, especially back then.

Those are all great picks. It would also be nice to hear from James Reynolds.

Those are all good reasons. Thanks. I wonder how SB would have been like if MW had stayed and A Martinez had left. What would SB have been like with an Cruz-less Eden?

Yes, and no doubt sped up the demise of the show. You just can't ignore everything that has been written and aired, then expect to just pick up where you left off.

I know they returned late into the Eden departure story and MW had already put in her notice, but I still wish Eden had gotten a better exit. The multiple personality story got to be too confusing and convoluted.

They probably didn't have more recasts than other soaps, but they did have a lot of recasts for only being on the air for 8 1/2 years.
