  1. I actually think yesterday was the worst Carly propping I've ever seen in my life. First, they slip in a throwaway line about Jason leaving half his estate to Carly and splitting the rest between his sons?! Then, Olivia comes over just to gratuitously vent about how much better Carly is as a partner than Nina, down to her choice in color scheme. Cool, collected, Carly knows how to make customers happy and keep her employees productive, while mean hag Nina has the temerity to fire an employee with performance issues. (Let's not forget that if she wanted to, Carly could totally run Crimson better than Nina and even outsmarted Tracy in an ad negotiation). Finally, badass Carly isn't afraid to confront the thugs beating up an FBI agent, running towards the danger, and playing the Good Samaritan. Maybe one of those, but all of them, in one episode...
  2. I think Jason knows who "Jagger" is but just never made the connection that "Agent John Cates" could be "Jagger" and would have no reason to look into it. And to be fair, even if Jason has seen a picture of Jagger, he looks totally different now, lol.
  3. Ah, but you see, as was explained to us several times, Kevin can't help committing crimes, but he doesn't like being in jail, because his father put him in a closet!
  4. Absolutely! Nikki was kind of side eying Claire very briefly when they wanted her to move in, but she got over it in a flash. She should be terrified being in the same house as her. I don't even think Summer is saying Claire can't be part of the family, she literally just doesn't want her to be Harrison's nanny which is completely rational.
  5. I thought SK was fantastic. Thought he was going to pop a vein haha.
  6. I... think Billy knows, but I always tune out during his scenes. There was a line where Claire and Victoria discussed "three" younger siblings, without mentioning Reed's name. I thought it was funny when Cole was asking if the "upstairs shower" at the tackhouse is still finicky. There was no upstairs then. The bed was right there in the barn. It was built out when Nick moved in, way after Cole was gone. Not surprised they have destroyed any potential drama with Claire. Some people were speculating that the ridiculous undead baby storyline would at least result in Victoria having to deal with a bad seed child, dealing with the same issues Victor was having with Adam, how Claire would have to work to gain the family's trust... but they blew past all that. Claire is just a good person now, period, because they say so. She has made every correct decision and is a fairytale princess who makes children happy and has birds singing out her window. So of course her siblings already know all about it and are completely ok with it. Connor has to go to a special facility because he has OCD, a condition that many people have, but psycho Claire lives on the ranch and mentioning offscreen therapy is enough, and people talk about how this woman who recently kidnapped, poisoned, and imprisoned them would be great working with children! And Summer is the mean one because she doesn't think it's a good idea, lol. They just completely destroyed any edge that Claire could have which would be the only thing that would make her interesting and the only silver lining in this storyline. It's a shame, because she really did a great job with that light switch moment when she realized Jordan lied about everything, and we should be seeing more of that, Claire struggling with switching back and forth between good and evil and trying to fight her demons.
  7. Maybe Molly begins to get anxious about Kristina bonding with the child, not to mention the mob heating up again, and decides to take a job in Washington DC. She and TJ leave for a couple of years and come back recast with their kid, who struggles with Molly's type-A perfectionist tendencies and bonds with "cool aunt" Kristina.
  8. Kristina being written as a Sonny apologist doesn't work for me. She was nearly killed by a car bomb and had a show called Mob Princess and she's going to pretend she has no idea what he does? She's taken a major step back from the girl who processed her abusive boyfriend by realizing Sonny was abusive and abusive doesn't always mean hitting. I'm not saying she can't love her father or the relationship can't evolve, especially since he supported her coming out. But I would expect her, out of all his children, to see the shades of grey. Its crazy that Michael at this point acknowledges who Sonny is more than she does.
  9. Sugar... oh honey honey... Pour a little Sugar on me... Just a spoonful of Sugar...
  10. There was a throwaway line when Natalia mentioned keeping the personal stuff private (actually a good boundary, even if her motivations aren't pure) that IMO is going to come back. She said "it doesn't have to be in writing or anything..." so I think eventually Blaze is going to decide to come out in the publicity materials and Natalia will object but the answer will be "sorry, it's not in the contract."
  11. Dominick Zamprogna did a great job Friday. Great acting with just small movements. I really liked the gesture where he nudged Danny to come over to him after Rocco, implying he sees him as a son too, and then they did the little fist bump. That was really sweet. Those are the little moments that make soaps worthwhile for me.
  12. Thanks @Vee I always confuse Charlotte and Violet. The Halloween episode this year was... woah.
  13. And Leo's biodad, but that doesn't seem to be acknowledged despite recent closeness between Olivia and Sam. What about Dante and Lulu's kids? Just Rocco? And Violet is Lulu and Valentin? I know the first kid Maxie was supposed to birth for them turned out to be George (Maxie and Spinelli) but wasn't there another embryo that Britt stole? Or was that Violet, lol.
  14. This is (was) the site you're referring to: http://www.feuxdelamour.com/v4/index.php?title=La_musique_de_fond It's empty now, but I played around with the wayback machine and found some older versions with a list of cues, but the music cues don't play. I'm posting it because maybe somebody else can figure it out and share here. Also, there are quite a few Y&R music cues in the Y&R Vault (link in the description: https://twitter.com/yrvault?lang=en You might be able to cross-reference those against that website. As far as that specific cue, I don't think it's on any of the official CDs so most likely only TV rips would be available and that might be the best you can get. Another option is to ask this guy: https://twitter.com/YnRMusicMike/
  15. I didn't watch yet but the other day when Steffy was berating hope about Brooke yet again, it made me think how would Steffy like if it someone did that to Kelly about Steffy? It's so gross.
  16. I'd like to see her go to therapy to understand how her conception and her mother's past have made her romanticize the idea of taking a walk on the wild side, and realize that giving into her lust for an abuser was dangerous, and that what she and Thomas have is codependency, not love. I'd like to see her obtain full custody of both children and sue Forrester for creating a hostile work environment and take a big piece of the company, similar to Brooke's Belief lawsuit.
  17. This storyline is honestly more disgusting than the Luna one.
  18. Awesome work @JAS0N47
  19. That was me! This would be a great way to track all these notes people are writing in here about glitchy videos, no sound, etc. Someone had also mentioned another site was now showing the show from the beginning again, which could be an opportunity to capture episodes in a better quality or with subtitles turned off since that wasn't an option when it started. Big thanks
  20. Cool! How does this website work? I don't see a playable video unless it's blocked in the US. Does it air live? I see something about adding it to one's calendar.
  21. During the pandemic there were tons of mistakes from CBS when it came to Y&R (I didn't pay as much attention to B&B). Wrong episode numbers, wrong season numbers (not even internally consistent, so you'd have an episode from six months prior be labelled as the next "season"), wrong dates (off by as much as 10 months!). I'm guessing these have been incorrect for a long time and they are just uploading what they have without double checking it.
  22. When Maxie started to recognize Jagger, I almost thought she was going to say "from that Calvin Klein billboard!"
  23. I can't see them axing B&B for this. Whatever you want to say about B&B, it's a known entity. They know what to expect in terms of the ratings and the budget and streaming. It's consistent. A new soap hasn't been launched since 1999, and a successful new soap hasn't launched since... B&B itself in 1987. And that was largely off the power of Bill Bell and Y&R, and it still took several years to establish itself. I wish The Gates all the success, but going by history, it's not going to start with strong ratings. It's going to be start off lower than B&B's current ratings, I'm pretty sure, and it might even get cancelled, and then they will have cancelled B&B for nothing. That doesn't make sense for a network that is investing in soaps. What I could see happening is splitting up Y&R and B&B to give The Gates a stronger lead in, which will hurt B&B initially, on the premise that if The Gates doesn't work out, they can shift B&B back to its old slot. I am also wondering to what extent they will try to use crossovers to give the new show a boost. If the show is about a rich family, they could say they have business dealings with Victor Newman or the Forresters, just to get people to sample the show, or do a crossover with the African-American characters involved with Chancellor-Winters. It wouldn't be unprecedented. It was rare for the CBS P&G and Bell shows to cross-over, but Michael Baldwin did it. I would rather that The Gates start out as its own thing with its own stories, but I could see them doing a crossover 6 months to a year in if the ratings are lagging.
