  1. So much for Brandi learning her lesson. And SMH at Kameron.
  2. If I'm not mistaken, karma still isn't done with Jody. Last I checked. And I think before this Christina also caught up with Mary so they seem to still be close as well. I wouldn't mind a mini season either, but I'm bias.
  3. @Cat Christina I want to say became a photojournalist. I could be wrong (I just woke up). ETA: My bad. lol. I think I am getting her mixed up with Jennifer Sky. But...I found this from a year ago... Real Housewives Of Vancouver’s Christina Kiesel And Ronnie Negus Reunite — See Pics Here! (irealhousewives.com)
  4. Playing catchup...I've already said what I felt about the idea of Britt/Jason but...Sam and DANTE??? Loving how Anna is slowly, but surely closing in on Dr. O.

    Hmmmm
  6. Yeah, Christina (and her tagline) was my favorite so her loss (and the fact she had Mary's back) was part of the reason I felt weary continuing. Her and Reiko kept Jody in check so I agree with you two. With them, she ran over the others. Something she should not had even been able to do given she got her comeuppance at the end of Season 1. They should have never brought her. I might do it some day but yes, hearing all that toxicity is giving me RHOM Season 3 Reunion vibes. SMH.
  7. Lol!!! That's how I feel about it. I am really, really surprised by how much I liked it. I was talking my co-worker's ear off today. Every once in a while you need that...what I like to call popcorn fare...where it is what it is. Kinda like THE RESIDENT EVIL movies. I know it doesn't have any major plot and it's just a redhead kicking zombie butt...and I'm FINE WITH THAT. lol. Just a feelgood feeling. I got that from this. And my writer side could see it getting complicated later on. But for a pilot...it was good. But I am a sucker for the actress from DOLLHOUSE. lol. Agree. For all that...I still liked it. Perhaps it's the fact that like you said QL sold it for me. Or just memories of the original show as a kid with my mom. But I'm down for its barebones (for now) plot.
  8. Yay last day of January!!! And...yay for Monica!!! Double yay for the AJ mention!!! And ugh at Monica kicking Tracy out. I hope this isn't her last day. I sooo wanted her at the double wedding when all Hades breaks loose. And...Yuummmm...at how Ned looks in this blue V-neck.
  9. Brandi has always been thirsty so irrelevant. lol. Now love that SLC tea. It keeps the dynamic for Season 2 fresh, but unpredictably good. Especially the fact that Meredith and Lisa could be on the outs because of Jen. Oh God, yes. I loved that first season so well. It makes me dread getting around to watching Season 2. Season 1 was perfect. And Season 2 from what I heard on here and saw very little of was toxic.
  10. Saw it last night. I liked it. I'm surprised at how much I liked it. Didn't like the daughter angle, but potential. And it's great seeing Ivy from DOLLHOUSE, Lorraine Toussaint, and Mr. Big. Curious to see how ratings would do without Super Bowl. I mean other than reality tv and CW superhero shows what else is on on Sunday?
  11. Yay...wow...two pets going at each other...lol. That said...watching 1/26 and I have to admit...the reveal of the whole town leaving about Franco and the tumor does feel ripe. I don't even like him, but it would be shameful to not get all of the reactions and treating the potential return of the serial killer and play that beat. It makes Liz look like a clown and as a Liz fan...well...I'll deal. It is the right thing to do. ETA: @Dion thank you for the videos. Yes, I missed that and love that. Hopefully, they keep some undercurrent of tension.
  12. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Ok. You and DaytimeFan remind me that I've overdue a rewatch of RHOV S1...it has been waaaaaaay too long. But I need to do the same with LoL now that I'm thinking about that. That's how I feel as well...with THE TALK, her heavily promoting COMING 2 AMERICA, and I know I'm missing another of her projects, Garcelle is going to have a busy year...no need for those hoes.

    Yummy!!!
  14. I can see that. Sadly...
  15. HAHAHAHAHAHA But serieously, it sounds like they FINALLY exploded all of his secrets at the double wedding...which has been a LONG time coming. And while he should leave, I suspect they will try to redeem him somehow.
  16. Same. And early reports is that everyone is coming back. And agree @DaytimeFan, it has given me RHOV throughout which had one of the best first season as well. You mean a fake sweet one. No A+ for RHOV? 😜 That said, I would kindly disagree on story progression. Of course I would be coming from the angle that the main stories was Meredith and Seth's marriage arc, but that was because there was a nugget of it each other and it changed from marriage problems to separation to Jen's gossip to coming back together to secrets about the gossiping to the reveal to the aftermath. It was soooooo old school soap opera and nicely paced IMHO. And the other main story was Jen vs Mary...which took up half the season. And let's be real...Mary sooo pot stirring the secret part. And Jen walking past her at the finale was hilarious. And there's so much to build on depending on where the reunion goes. I will agree that Jen freaked out waaaaay too much. But I will say that led to her showdown in Vegas where Meredith took her power back by revealing the truth of the dating to the other girls AND showing her anger finally and gave Jen the claws. And Jen has not went off since. Great payoff.
  17. And...SLC has been renewed for Season Two...
  18. I never said my Fabulous Ice did not like her kids. It's been fun to see her Type A deal with being a mom. And watching find a way to find that balance. It's been there throughout the season so I like that as the season ended, the producers came back to her thoroughline. Namely THIS. I too like the mask. @Faulkner I am sure Ex Soap Star and Kyle will lost it when they see it once they are done cast tripping here. That reminds me...to answer your question a few pages back re: La Dame's tweet. In case, you did not see it...Gizelle and Robyn did an interview with some DC Local I believe to sell wine. And during the interview, Gizelle decided (after drinking too much allegedly) to start talking about Karen like she always does...saying that Karen must be stalking her given how much she talked about Gizelle. La Dame caught wind...and thus, the response. Speaking of POTOMAC...well...looks like they are FILMING already right now. Testing scenes for the potential newbies I believe.
  19. SLC A more extended reunion preview...I like Heather called Lisa out like we did here...
  20. SLC A 90 minutes (and not a WWHL add-on in sight) well spent. Like most of this season, the finale was easy and breezy. It was enjoyable. There was plenty to see in scenery...and not just men. And I felt it was a proper ending, closing out this first season. So of course, it was all about Jen. At least Jen tried. After a looooooooooong season of her going off at the drop of an envelope, Jen was on the outs with everyone...even her BFF Heather. So she would either try to redeem herself or exit stage left. Thankfully (or not) she went for Option 1. Good for her for womaning up to do so. Now while she stumbled at the end...and good on Whitney for catching it...at least she managed to give out some form of an apology...and of course shade Mary...who hopefully will be there next season for those two to bounce off each other. JEN. You know for someone that spent her off-season studying all of the housewives shows, you would think she would know when to pull back when a housewife is on the outs. You know...real Queen Bee/MVP stuff...lol. That said...I liked she did the work. And that she got a husband who knows how to dance and get her to mellow out. I could almost give her the benefit of the doubt during to her father's passing as part of...and only part of...the reason she is this way. But again, she still has not completely owned what she did. Like Meredith said...it will be her actions going forward that will determined if the words she was saying at Heather's launch party were the real thing...or just an act. Allowing Heather to go off on her...which she deserved...WITHOUT interrupting Heather, and TAKING IT was a great start. HEATHER. GO ON, GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry it was at her launch party, but she said nothing but truth and dragged the he#$ out of Jen...right down to her Shah Squad only being there for her because she paid them. If we are going to talk a real MVP, it would be Heather. She came across real, genuine, and a real friend...and has a big heart because she appeared to forgive Jen at the end of the finale. And they were back to witty banter. Hopefully, Jen understood what she almost lost. PS. Loving Heather's online banter with hottie doofus Alex from BELOW DECK MED. Get it, Heather. WHITNEY. Love how she continued to keep Jen on her toes. It's like a nice subtle rivalry and I could be here for that in Season 2. As long as Whitney and Heather get along, Jen won't go toooooo overboard. And also as Mary's close friend, there will always be drama between Whitney and Jen so good. She also brought the realness with her drama with her father. I hope they stay okay, but rumblings online suggest that did not hold up so MEREDITH. I like the mask. I like that her story with Seth has a happy ending since it drove most of the drama this season. I like she is holding Jen at arms length. I love that even BFF Lisa cannot get her to change her mind, either. Again...Jen's actions will determine if they become friends again. But...has Jen learned? LISA. Oh, Fabulous Ice...I know you will be owning that reunion already, but I didn't like how she met Jen in private when she was all 'I won't be her friends' again. How...sneaky. I liked she appeared to find a balance between family and work. Time will tell. MARY. Made it out of the closet!!! And also looks like she will be bringing it at the reunion. Her expression this episode at the launch party was a hoot. So...good finale.
  21. I agree. I do think that it is jealousy now vs trying to take down the alpha dog last season. No sympathy from me. Hmm...As for D'Andra...Idk. I knew she had it. And I know at the start of the episode I didn't notice...perhaps the Clark Kent Effect (her with glasses). But I would say once they went to the bar so maybe what you were saying about how all that makeup makes her face look in the light because it kept jumping out at me. It was so bizarre. I also think less is more since it hasn't really jumped out at me at all before now.
  22. I can see that. I had taken a break from Y&R as Carmine was starting to get creepy but not fully psycho yet. I would have done what you suggested because I felt TB has chemistry with both. OMG! I remember him saying 'Unfaithful' was what he was aiming for. lol.
