I mean...like I said...it's great to see SC engaged. And VB did great. But...it is just screaming rewrite to me now. And it is pretty dark. I like dark, but...ANOTHER one of Paul's kids? Really?

9-26 Well, it appears that the player is going to be acting up again (thank you, CBS *eyeroll*) so I've had no choice, but to go ahead and binge most of this week since they are going to delete out of order apparently. And all I have to say for this week is two things... 1) The climax to Ashley's storyline was much, much better. 2) Ummmm... I'll say this much...it is really looking like Cameron is not only in Sharon's head to me. Just how he's wording things. The fact that more and more he really has not been in the same scenes as Sharon and other characters talking to him. And now this insistence on him letting Sharon do everything. And did I mention he TOUCHED her. So I take it JG decided to rewrite the story in some way. Don't get me wrong. The start of it was looking like Sharon was off her meds. I guess she did correct it in the end. And that would explain why Mariah saw the meds and they looked fine. So I'll say Cameron's alive and drugging Sharon for revenge. Or she really is crazy...which would really anger me. These writers stay doing her wrong...her and GH's Liz. smh. And don't tell me Heather is dead dead??? I always wanted Vail Bloom to come back and was happy to get my wish. I was also happy to see her in a story that felt like it was taken from @DramatistDreamer's idea here on how to write her return. Which I was disappointed that after a great start and setup, it fell apart, at least I saw her. And I was curious to see where she and Daniel went from here as they were working on finding jobs while dealing with a more obsessive Lucy, but alas. I guess I could say the acting and music for today was on point. SC stepped up her game again. And VB was right there along with her. I loved Heather's little sarcastic comment during Sharon's rant. And those were at least some great scenes seeing Heather vs Sharon. It took me 15 minutes to realize it was just the two of them in the episode so well done. But again...ummmm...?

I agree. If she had to have a kid, it really should have been Jax. And that would have always given her and Sonny drama. Or what if Jax's kid also idolized Sonny over Jax? It writes itself. PREACH!!!! AMEN. Mama Bear Alexis (sober and all) is a force of nature and NLG snatches up my attention and dares me to look away when she's in that mode.

Yeah, say what you will for the New/Old Writers, I do like that Anna has consistently been front and center. Under PM, Anna and Brennan had interesting shades of gray enough that I would not have mind seeing them together. PM was setting Brennan up to be a better option than Valentin, but the things that audience seem to love about Vanna. And then you had Carly in the mix then. Brennan seem in awe of both. But now with the New/Old Writers...Carly and Brennan still have it. But they do Anna and Brennan like some silly Spy vs Spy skit, and I find it soooo annoying.

9-23 OMG Adam...THANK YOU for punching Billy. Watching Billy fly through the air gave me such a good feeling. And then he had to go and nurse his ego (with Giggly Heffa). Hehe. Well-deserved since it's NONE of his business. I was very happy to see the Audra/Sally friendship pop up. That has been exactly what Sally has been needing. Meanwhile...I guess it's official...Tucker IS gone. Audra mentioned she has not heard a thing since Paris. Unless the point of Sally mentioning him is that he will pop up soon enough. But that felt...final. Finally. lol. The week appears to be off to a strong start. So...here we go...

Your daily (or nightly) thought
You can do it!!! Yeah, I am approaching that road as well because it has gotten ridiculous to me and the fact that I fully expect to walk into that part of my work week with call-offs or office mess, but it feels like others feel my professionally cheery demeanor tempered with no nonsense thorough follow-through and logical thinking is the problem? yeeeeah NO. LOL. Early congrats!!

See? And this is why I don't get off days. Especially on the weekends. Apparently the only one with a work ethic. But you know what? NOT TODAY. I admit...when I found out I was off today...I didn't know what to do with myself. So I decided to treat myself. And everything aligned up with that. Why go be reliable for others when they cannot be reliable to you? Self-care is real. #goodmentalheathisgivingyourselfabreak

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
SLC What is it about second episodes this season where they are slightly dull to me? lol. But seriously, it was an ok second episode after such a strong season opener. And those last 10 minutes were great. But...SLC has always been about the slow burn. I felt there was a lot of that going on. The upcoming Meredith vs Little Girl feud. The continued movement of the Little Girl vs Lisa feud. The simmering rivalry between Lisa and Angie K which from the trailer WILL exploded...and from this episode it will be Lisa's fault though Angie K is actually the one in the wrong for pot stirring to Little Girl. And of course, there was Heather's Friend vs Mary (with yet another tag-team with New Housewife on her...love it). There was so much going on and watching it and seeing/pondering the shifting alliances made me of BH back when I was watching it. Though tbf, BH was clearly chess moves. Here...it's fun checkers. lol. In fact, the only false note was Heather and her continued attempts to piggyback off of Monica like she piggybacked off Jen be relevant. Someone mentioned it online so I almost want to rewatch the scene, but there are signs that Heather is getting the Gizelle Bryant edit...you know the edit where Production is covering up for her right down to no flashbacks that show she did something wrong and castmates are told to do the same. And if so, I'm disgusted they would give her that power and not update her pictures. And as for her attempt to set up New Housewife...THIS IS MONICA, TRICK!!! smh. I loved New Housewife did an actual chess move and told Little Girl ahead of time aka behind Heather's back. And loved that Lisa and Angie K co-signed so Heather's attempt FLOPPED. Nice try. How about you try showing your life instead, Heather? LISA. Everyone seems to think that this season might be a Little Girl takedown season. But given where Little Girl will wind up, I would say this season is being set up for a Lisa takedown season. Yes, she's back BFF with Meredith. Yes, Heather gets to live her dream of being Lisa's Sidekick. However as Little Girl...and now Angie K...has pointed out...when someone calls her out on her mess or (of course) challenges her, Lisa almost always spirals out. Heavy is the crown, and Lisa just cannot wear it as well as she thinks she can. The fact that anyone who disagrees with her immediately is casted out in her mind will come back to bite her on her backside. Everyone feared Jen Shah and Lisa simply does not have that bite. That said...I did love her taking Heather's Friend down a peg or two by finding that Insta pic and busting her bubble. hehe. Oh, and her stopping by Wendy's cuz I'm Arkansan. MEREDITH. SETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. She was just there really. But...we got to see her home life with her kids and as she worked on her business. We got to see her relationship with Seth. And she was giving good Confessional. And of course her feud with Little Girl was on simmer this episode. HEATHER. Lord...the gaslighting that girl is doing. She knows her 15 minutes from Monica is almost up so her trying to slide her issues with Monica onto New Housewife (and Production allowing it complete with expected Monica flashback) is just ugh. I loved that she fell on her face at the end of the episode when New Housewife went CHECKMATE, BITCH on her ass. I admit that I'm surprised that Production did not give Heather a heads-up. ANGIE K. So two for two on hot husband sightings...LOL!!! Like Stanbury on DUBAI, I feel like Angie K is having a good season. She started off the feud of the season. She's BFFs with Mary. She's giving good moments/reactions, and we are seeing her life. And the growing rivalry with Lisa should be interesting for sure because it could have all been avoided at that sit-down, but Lisa chose not to listen. LITTLE GIRL. Did Hades freeze over? Because she was not bugging me at all this episode, either. She did seem to regress a bit out of her Ashley Darby Lite mode. And I definitely did not like her apologizing to Lisa. Still, I loved her yellow Confessional. She still has her feud with Meredith. And she still has Lisa's number. MARY. MVP. Her continued feud with Heather's Friend (and continued tag-teaming with New Housewife on said friend) continues to be the highlight of the season so far. 'It hasn't gone far enough.' No, Mary, it hasn't. Because if you have not dragged her...YET. But I know it's coming so good. hehe. And her opening up about her mother and scene with her son continue to show that Mary is quite transparent for the most part. NEW HOUSEWIFE. Got a bigger introduction here. And yes, her house is quirky, but I didn't mind it. And I loved how she got Heather, showing she is not stupid. And I'm going to need her and Mary to keep tag-teaming for the rest of the season because they are hilarious together. Next week...LOCAL CAST TRIP!!!

I wouldn’t say that. He was being protective of his sister by calling Diane over but he didn’t suddenly turn into a Sonny cape defender or betray his badge. Well, that's good to hear. I haven't started this week yet, and part of the intrigue of Dante's story (because DZ's attractiveness) has been watching him walk that line over the last two years. And it was coming to a head so good to see it still in play.
