No Silk Pressed Sheila? But I liked this episode. Nothing really happened, but I did love that they continued to play the fallout from Friday's cliffhanger as well as flesh out more of the characters. Is it wrong that when I think press conferences that I immediately thought of Karen Huger and hers from RHOP? lol. Because that was how this press conference came across. And I loved that the Dupree continue to be all united front out in public, but divisive behind closed doors. It's quite old school black family for me. And I still can't believe that Bill crashed the conference and tried to sway the press. As if the Duprees aren't THE family in that community. Good to see Dani with a gun dealt with in the end so she can just keep moving through plot. And so many little things came out of it. Bill and Hayley having internal conflict over Bill's need to hold on to the Dupree influence vs Hayley wanting them to have their own path. Vernon being boss...which Anita has been up 'til now as the heavy, but it's nice to see they can do it equally. And of course, the fleshing out of the Martin/Smitty relationship. What a jerk. Dani suuuure looped back around to Andre sooner than expected. lol. But I like the two of them together so good. And for me, I could care less about Ashley/Derek today. Good moving of the pieces with some resolution to the current main arc.

Well Melissa should be filming soon per SoD I believe so it will be interesting to see where that goes.

I didn't say it wouldn't be deserved I just don't wish for it. I know people are fighting over it online. I just don't want to be seen as one of those. I would love for there to be changes which usually happen at GH...for better or for worse...when their ratings slip. BTG will more than likely cause that since it's battling it in most markets in terms of live viewing. The week I've been having among my workplaces...same re: mediocrity.

Love to see it!!!! It's a good start. But I would say let it stay stable for a couple of months...or worse go HIGHER than GH. And then, there will probably be BTS mess with ABC. Same.

See? Now you have me imagining what could have been because that could have added another layer to the ongoing Emma/Anna conflict and be completely organic while honoring the history that came before. Perhaps with a Robin cameo.

Yeah her actions I could see Annie and/or Greenlee doing. Because Erica would never be unhinged about it. But the dialogue for me...especially the parting shot ('I'll see myself out.') with the walk-off was giving diva. And that I could see Erica doing after verbally dressing down her enemies. But you know I bow down to your knowledge on all things Erica so I should just shut up if I'm offending her memory.

I feel that. I don't get it when EMMA is right there, complete with the pedigree to kick butt and take names. Just smh. It screams of not having anything for Joss to do almost.
