  1. Yes, her performance isn't as bad, but the song still is..... Austria: Croatia: What the hell is this? The most shizophrenic song I think I've ever heard. A singer trying to look smouldering and scary and the suddenly he breaks into a nursery rhyme..... Italy: Three minutes of nothing. Italian is a beautiful language, but this is probably the worst song Italy has sent since they came back to the contest. Serbia: Balkan ballad, formula 1A. It's not bad, but we've all heard this many times before, and better. (Zeljko Joksimovic with "Lane moje" (2004) and Hara Mata Hari with "Leyla" (2006) springs immediately to mind.)
  2. What did she expect? It's a soap, not a re-make of The Waltons or 7th Heaven!
  3. You have nothing to be sorry for. I'm not a fan of Måns' song either. It's the same generic pop we usually send, and we've had much better songs in recent years (I still love Cornelia Jakobs and "Hold me closer"). Måns' song this year feels like an inferior version of "Heroes".
  4. ^^ Maybe it the show was half-decent people would actually listen to what the characters say and they wouldn't have to repeat everything. Now it's so boring I don't blame people for tuning out.
  5. Australian tennis legend Fred Stolle has died. Fred Stolle, grand slam champion, Davis Cup winner and commentator, dies aged 86
  6. I think so too. It would be so different from the slick, polished pop songs we have sent for years now. And in Swedish as well. It's a song that makes you happy, and we sure could use some happiness right now.
  7. Malta has been ordered by the EBU to change the lyrics to its entry. EBU censors Malta’s Eurovision 2025 entry ‘Kant’
  8. He's just a big baby (sorry to all babies, you are definitely more mature) and wants an apology for having his little feelings hurt. At this rate I think it will be a miracle if we get through the next 4 years without WWIII..... Trump is clearly not capable of being head of any state. He acts on impulse and takes everything personally. Not to mention that he obviously has some sort of Putin worship going on. I'll bet he has a poster of Putin over his bed, so it's the last thing he sees before he goes to sleep.
  9. That's not a bad idea. But then again, right now I would welcome Roger Howarth as the new R.J. just to have the character back on the show. His absence during the current storyline leaves a gaping hole.
  10. The writing is so slanted in Steffy's direction it's frustrating.
  11. Steffy brings up Hope's mistakes every chance she gets, and when she's not doing that she's making digs at Brooke, all the while her own past is never thrown in her face.
  12. I guess this has gotten lost a bit in the wake of recent events, but has there been any reaction to this? Trump makes English official language of US
  13. Even the BBC is writing about the show. Behind the Gates: Inside the wealthy black community that inspired a soap opera
  14. His absence is glaring in all this. But having him there would deprive Steffy the opportunity to make this all about Forrester vs Logan, and we can't have that, can we.....
  15. That's just mean! What has he done to you?
  16. Amen! Some people seem to take it as a personal insult when you happen to criticize one of their favourites, while they themselves have no problem doing the same to other characters.
