  1. Shannon Wilcox, Actress in ‘Songwriter,’ ‘Six Weeks’ and ‘Dallas,’ Dies at 80 Like most character actors, you might not have known her name, but you most likely saw her in something at some point.
  2. Does anyone know what Justin Barber's last episode was?
  3. Max Ehrich always being so ... "gracious" to his fans.
  4. I loved the little bit I saw of her Angelique before life got in the way of me continuing to watch Dark Shadows. Haven't been able to pick it up again for various reasons. Her, Suzanne Somers, Piper Laurie. That's three, time for a break world.
  5. Suzanne Somers right after Piper Laurie is just too much. Growing up she was always a presence between Three's Company reruns, Candid Camera, Step by Step, and that damn thigh master. At least her and Joyce DeWitt buried the hatchet years before. Always loved her.
  6. I've only been lucky enough to see her work on Twin Peaks, but she was still able to make an indelible mark on me. A wonderful actress. RIP
  7. Him and Tamara Braun (and most unfortunately Greg Rikaart) are definitely still filming so they're all around until at least March.
  8. She made the right choice in terms of longevity, but thankfully we still got Alexa Havins as Babe, who was a star. Who could she have been on OLTL? She said all the networks, so passing on DAYS during the Brash & Cwikly/Higley 1.0/JER 2.0 year was a smart choice. Couldn't even begin to guess who she could have ended up being on one of the CBS shows. I wonder why the shows wanted her so badly over seemingly anyone else from PC.
  9. Happy 100 Glynis Johns!!!
  10. In case anyone else might think it was interesting like I do,I made a list per year of when all the characters (that have accumulated at least 10 episodes) last aired. Do not mind the way I listed their names, just something funny on my part. Obviously 2023 will be edited when 2024 begins.
  11. Same sentiments as DR. I honestly was not familiar with his work, but because of you I know now that I have to rectify that.
  12. I was randomly looking it up today and saw that it the newly discovered footage was uploaded a couple weeks ago. It almost hurts more that it's in such great condition. Starts at around :36.
  13. That makes me no sense whatsoever, but okay bud.
  14. In my early teens (looking it up it was 2003-05) there was a show called Train 48. I never watched it myself, but it took place on the train where a lot of the dialogue was improvised.
  15. Summer 2003 was when I first watched GH, which was the first time watching an ABC soap. I was an impressionable 13/14 years old at the time and Robin Christopher/Skye quickly became my favourite on the show. I didn't know the history of the show or the character, or anything about Brenda, who I was not in favour of against Skye or even Carly (at that point). I am one of the people that think Robin Christopher deserved the Emmy more that year, even in retrospect. However, the knowledge I have now, I never would have put her on GH in the first place and done all that nonsense. She belongs on AMC, where I'd make her Stuart's daughter once and for all. In all that time, I've also come around to appreciate Brenda and her history on the show and very much enjoy the in-depth discourse that's been had about her here. Time is a funny thing though, because I swear that in the past my now minority opinion about Robin Christopher was the majority here.
  16. For some reason, Corday is really taken with Galen Gering. He only worked on the show during the time Rafe was running some club after being fired from being a cop for a reason I don't remember. I do think he succeeds when they give him comedy. That's where his talent lies. Probably should have been more of a Eugene instead of a bad Roman rip-off.
  17. To my knowledge I've never watched David McCallum in anything, but this little factoid about him was very cool when I saw it posted on another forum.
  18. Had to post this great anecdote Beverlee McKinsey shared about Ruth Warrick!
  19. Only seeing her for barely a second, I already hate Kim.
  20. I saw that! I'm not being hyperbolic when I say I've seen every clip on his page, and commented here and there. Always a joy to see what will come next. Memory lane, the analyses, and best of all, the clips from works (the miniseries especially) I'd never heard of or performances from actors I barely knew before seeing them on his page.
  21. Wallace Beery as a villain ... so you're saying it's a documentary. Always grateful for informing us of these findings.
  22. I've thought some of the Hunter strand where he confronts his past with Neeta and Charlie's material (location shoot! flashbacks!) were strong parts of the last week in case you want to fast-forward.
  23. I wasn't entirely off the mark. Apparently, the song inspired Wes Craven's Nightmare on Elm Street.
  24. The beginning of that made me think I was about to watch an episode of Goosebumps.
