It's a good morning in Sprinfield......

Beacon Lobby:

Dylan just came from a business meeting.

He sits on the couch.

He calls Billy, "Hey Dad it's me. Listen I don't want to bother you but the Roberts deal, it was swiped up by the Spauldings. I'll talk about it later. Call me back."

He hangs up.

A professional woman walks up to him, "Dylan Lewis. I think I can help you take down the Spauldings."

"Do I know you."

She removes her sunglasses, "Sort of."

"Lucy Cooper?"

"Lucy Spaulding." She smiles.

Gym:

Jeffrey is lifting weights.

Marah walks over, "Hey."

He puts them down, "Marah. Uh.. hey."

"I haven't talked to you in a while."

"I know."

"Jeffrey we need to talk."

"Marah I.."

"Jeffrey, I still have feelings for you. You know that. I need to know how you feel."

Jeffrey takes a deep breathe.

Cross Creek:

Josh is trying to fix a chair.

Reva walks in, "Oh hey, what are you doing here?"

"I told Billy I'd fix this while he's in a meeting. You?"

"I'm meeting Vanessa."

"She's not here right now."

"I guess I'll come back."

"Reva wait." He stands up.

Reva stops and sits with him.

Cedars:

Bill is trying to set up an appointment, "Listen to me! I didn't cancel it!"

Olivia walks up, "What's going on?"

"Hey. I uh.."

She's holding an AA paper.

Bill smiles, "Are you going to the meetings?"

"Well I don't want you telling Josh about the accident."

"I'm glad. You'll be happy to know I've put a stop to the custody thing."

"Good. How's Ava?"

"Well she's.."

"She's what?"

Bill hesitates.

Mel's Office:

Alan Michael is going over his papers, "I'm sure Lucy will be happy with this."

Mel smiles, "Yes I'm sure she will."

Alan Michael smiles at Mel, "Thanks for everything."

"Well it's my job."

"I want to treat you to dinner."

"What?"

"Come on it'll be fun. Unless you have a jealous boyfriend?"

Mel laughs but thinks about Frank. Is he her boyfriend?

PART TWO:

Beacon Lobby:

Lucy sips her champagne.

Dylan smiles, "That's a nice necklace."

"Yes I know."

"You've changed."

"No kidding?"

"I mean you don't seem like much of a Cooper anymore. No offense."

"None taken. I've had a good life. But now Alan Michael wants to rip it away and send me back where I was. And I can't go back."

Dylan laughs, "So you need my help?"

"Oh no Dylan Lewis. Correction: You need mine."

Dylan is intriuged by her.

Mel's Office:

Mel laughs, "Come on!"

"Seriously! I won't take no for an answer."

"Yes. I guess. Nothing fancy. We're just to people hanging out."

"So it's a date?"

"No."

"Well it's something."

He walks out.

Mel can't stop laughing.

Cedars:

Bill looks at the clock, "Look at the time! I have to go."

Olivia follows him, "Bill.."

He drops a baby book.

"Why do you have this Bill?"

"Olivia..."

"What's it for?"

"Ava. She's pregnant."

Olivia drops the book.

Gym:

Jeffrey grabs a towel and wipes his face.

Marah follows him, "Don't ignore me!"

"I'm not!"

"Then just tell me! Do you have feelings for me!?!"

"Yes Marah! Okay? I have feelings for you! I can't get you out of my head!"

Marah is speechless.

Cross Creek:

Reva runs her hand across the mantle. She reads, "Always."

Josh smiles, "Yes."

"How many times have we said that?"

"A lot."

"Exactly." Reva goes to walk out.

Josh tries to stop her.

"Joshua no. I can't.."

He pulls her close and they kiss.

The Beach:

Maureen and Jason are looking around for Kevin.

They see him sleeping naked in a tent.

They come over and see a naked girl sleeping next to him.

Jason kicks him.

Kevin sits up, "What happened?"

Maureen points to the girl still sleeping.

Kevin freaks, "Oh my God!"

She hands him a towel and the three walks away.

Boat:

Marina wakes up on a boat in the middle of the water.

She is lying on a blanket. She isn't wearing any clothes.

She gets worried.

She turns around to see a naked man sleeping on the ground next to her.

"No. No. NO!!!"

She begins to cry.

The Hotel:

Rocky is packing, "We didn't get to have a romantic break."

Shayne comes over, "I know. But hey Ashlee left this morning. Maybe we can go for a walk."

"She left? That's strange."

"I guess."

"What about Coop?"

Spaulding Mansion:

Lizzie wakes up.

Coop is sleeping next to her.

He must have fallen asleep.

She tries not to wake him.

She throws a blanket over him and goes into the shower.

Cross Creek:

Bill opens the door to see Dinah, "Hey Sis."

"Hi. I came to check on Maureen."

"She's not here."

"What are you talking about? We said she was staying her for a while."

Bill shakes his head, "No. Maureen called and said she deciced not to move in until next week."

Dinah begins to worry about her sister.

PART TWO:

Marler Twins' Car:

Jason is driving.

Kevin is laying in the back, "Oh my head hurts."

Maureen is upset, "You could have a disease! You don't even know that girl!"

Kevin sits up, "I'm sorry."

She sighs, "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled. I just.."

She stares out the window.

Jason looks at the two. He realizes that Maureen has wanted Kevin all along.

The Beach:

Shayne and Rocky are walking on the beach holding hands.

They see a girl out in the water.

She looks like she's drowning.

Shayne goes running in.

He drags her to the land.

It's Marina.

She's wearing nothing but a long coat.

She wakes up, "What are you doing here Shayne?"

Rocky is hiding.

Shayne smiles, "I came to meet some old friends. What happened?"

She begins sobbing and tells him what she believes happened.

Main Street:

The three teenagers park and walk to CO2.

Dinah runs over to them, "What the hell?!?!"

Jason stands up, "Hey sis..."

"Don't even start! You're mother called and said that you two were missing."

Maureen tries to explain, "Dinah we-"

"And you! I trusted you!"

She walks over to Kevin, "Are you drunk?"

"No."

She picks up Maureens crutch and taps it on the table, "How's that sound."

He cover his ears and holds his head.

"You're hung over!"

Maureen is crying, "I'm so sorry-"

Dinah stops her, "Just get in the car! All of you."

She leads them to her car.

Spaulding Mansion:

Lizzie comes back in her underwear.

She picks out a dress and begins to put it on.

She trips and falls back with the dress over her head. She can't see.

Ashlee has come looking for Coop.

She peaks in the room. All she sees is an almost naked Lizzie in bed with Coop.

She shuts the door and runs off sobbing.

Jason is driving.

Kevin is trying to read the map.

Maureen is trying to find her ipod, "I swear I brought it!"

Kevin looks at her through the rear view mirror, "We have the radio."

"You can't pick what the radio plays."

Kevin throw the map down, "I have no idea how the hell to read that thing!"

Maureen tries to calm him down, "I'll take over."

Jason rolls his eyes, "Oh come on he's so angry about every little thing!"

Kevin punches him in the arm, "Shut up!"

Maureen breaks it up.

Hotel:

Rocky and Shayne have snuck off on Spring Break.

Rocky looks out the window, "Finally a place where we can be us."

Shayne comes over and wraps his arms around him, "Yeah. It's pretty great."

There's a knock at the door. Rocky walks to the door.

He opens it a little then realizes who it is.

He shuts it.

Shayne comes over, "Who is it?"

They hear Ashlee Wolfe's loud voice, "Hey neighbor! I wanted to say hi!"

The Beacon:

Cyrus comes home and sees Marina packing, "What are you doing? Marina?"

Marina giggles, "I'm have an undercover job."

"Oh."

"Did you think I was leaving?"

"Well the bags..>"

"I have to go to this big Spring Break bash. Tonight I'm Mandy. The sweet innocent girl who is easily fooled."

"Ooh. Who can I be?"

She zips up her stuff, "You can be my boyfriend who stays home and misses me."

"Come on!"

"Cyrus. I need to work." She kisses him.

"Marina!"

"I'll be back in a couple of days."

She goes out.

Cedars:

Lizzie just came from an appointment.

She is trying to put on more make up to cover how pale she's become.

Coop walks over, "You're still just as beautiful as ever."

"What are you doing here?"

"Food delivery."

"Since when do you do deliveries?"

"Okay I wanted to see you."

"Why?"

"You know why."

"Coop!"

"Lizzie. I just want to see you. I still want to be your friend."

"Where's your annoying little sidekick?"

"Ashlee is on a trip. I'm joining her soon."

"What kind of trip?"

"Well celebrating the Spring. And days off.."

Lizzie grins, "Spring Break?" She laughs.

The Beacon:

Cyrus gets a knock at the door.

He runs over, "I knew you'd come back!"

He opens the door to see Guillespie standing there.

"Hey big Bro! What's up?"

Cyrus is a little startled.

PART TWO:

Beach:

Kevin and Jason are arguing on the beach.

The arguing stops when Maureen walks over in her bikini, "Hey."

Jason smiles.

Kevin notices that Jason has a crush on Maureen but is to shy to do anything about it.

He stands up, "Hey Maureen! Let's go for a swim!"

"What about the stuff?"

"Jason will watch it. Right?" He turns to his brother.

Kevin answers disappointed, "Yes."

Maureen smiles, "Okay."

The two run to water while Jason stares.

Hotel:

Shayne and Rocky hide in the back, "Rocky maybe you should go see her?"

"No then she'll never leave."

"She seems nice."

"Oh she is very nice. But she is dating my brother!"

"Right."

Ashlee gives up, "Alright I guess I'll see you later."

She tries to call Coop.

Cedars:

Coop turned off his phone since he is in a hospital.

Lizzie gets some water while trying to quit laughing, "Thanks I needed that!"

"Why is it so funny?"

"Coop do you know how old we are!?!"

He chuckles, "Yeah okay. But Ashlee is a lot younger. A lot."

"Not too much."

"Yeah."

"I mean age isn't that big of a deal. I mean whether their younger or... older." Lizzie isn't just talking about Coop and Ashlee.

Coop smiles, "Yeah. I actually better get.."

Lizzie drops her drink.

Coop sits her down.

The Beacon:

Cyrus pulls Guillespie into the room, "Get in before someone sees you!"

"You're so nervous."

"Well I have good reason to be!"

"Are you embarrased by me?"

"Shut up!"

"I just wanted to say hi. I need to get going. I hope Marina has a fun time on Spring Break." He shuts the door.

Cyrus realizes that his brother is spying on her.

Spaulding Mansion:

Coop walks Lizzie into her room, "Sit down."

"Coop I'm fine. I just get tired sometimes."

"Lizzie. I'm worried."

"You can go."

"No. You know what? I'm staying with you."

"What?"

"I'm staying until you fall asleep. No excuses."

"Well we could watch a movie first."

He sits next to her and puts in a movie.

Party:

Jason and Maureen go for a walk.

Kevin gets angry. He sees some girl running around with her top off. She approaches him, "Hey you wanna come up to my room!?!?!"

He takes a drink, "Yeah. Let's go."

They leave.

Marina is talking to some guy. She suspects he is a drug dealer.

Susan has followed her there.

Marina goes to the restroom.

Susan approaches the guy and informs him about her.

She quickly takes out a pill and places it in Marina's drink.

The Old Church:

Susan is smoking.

Guillespie sneaks up behind her, "Boo!"

She thumps him, "Don't do that!!!"

"Did I scare you?"

"You know how hard it is to always be looking over your shoulder."

"Well think of it as a reminder. We have done to much to go back now."

"I know. I know."

She kisses him.

Harley's House:

Harley hugs the kids.

Gus brings out the cake, "Here the girls made this."

"Oh thanks."

Gus sits it by Zach, "Hey you want to serve this?"

"Sure."

Gus walks Harley around, "We tried to get it finished before you got back in town. But we aren't completley done with the bedrooms."

She has tears on her face, "When Phillip destroyed this place... I thought it would never feel like a home again."

"So you like it?"

"I love it. Thank you Gus." They share a hug.

Company:

Coop laughs at the idea of Spring Break.

Ashlee is confused, "What's so funny."

"Ashlee we aren't even in college."

"So?"

"We're a little old."

"What?"

"Well I am."

"I never got to do anything like this. It could be fun."

He smiles, "I'll think about it."

He kisses her.

The Beacon:

Cyrus and Marina are in their room.

Marina is sitting on the couch.

Cyrus walks over, "What are you doing?"

"I'm looking at some pictures from High School."

He looks at a photo of Marina and a bunch of friends, "Is that Shayne?"

"Yep. He's cute huh?"

"Not my type. Is that Remy?"

"Yeah. Next to Lizzie."

"You were friends with Lizzie?"

"She wasn't always like... the way she is."

"Who's are the two in the back?"

Marina pauses, "That's um.. Joey and... Tammy."

"Oh Tammy. I'm sorry. I couldn't tell."

"It's okay."

"She was so pretty."

"She was the best friend I ever had."

A tear runs down Marina's face.

Towers:

Beth is shocked to see Edmund, "You're in Springfield."

"Yes I am. Wow Beth you look great."

Beth turns to Cassandra, "Really? This is who you're working with?"

"Isn't he cute?"

Beth shakes her head, "Wow. You're not only a bitch, you're a fool." She storms out.

The two share a laugh and head to the Spaulding Mansion.

PART TWO:

Company:

Ashlee is running some ideas by Coop.

"Come on! We could sit under the stars and listen to music."

"Ashlee you know most people go there to get wasted and sleep with strangers."

"Well if you insist." Ashlee starts laughing.

Coop holds her hand, "I don't know if we can leave so soon. I have to get some stuff done."

"Oh."

"Well why don't you go ahead next week and I'll meet up with you the next day."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I think it will be fun."

She gives him a big kiss.

Spaulding Mansion:

Cassandra is moving stuff around in the Spaulding study.

Edmund pours some drinks, "Come have a seat."

"Sure. I guess Jeremy can move the rest."

"Oh. We have that meeting coming up."

"Yes."

"When do we announce my part in the company."

She whispers in his ear, "When I say so."

"Oh this town will never know what hit them."

The two toast to their partnership.

The Beacon:

Cyrus looks at the picture, "I wish I could have met her."

Marina smiles, "I do too. She would have liked you."

Cyrus laughs, "I'm sure."

"Really. Her boyfriend was quite the trouble maker himself."

"Joey?"

"No her cousin Jonathan."

He stares for a moment.

She smiles, "It's kind of confusing."

She goes to the bathroom.

There is a knock at the door.

Cyrus walks out.

A man has an envelope, "I got the information on your 'friend'"

"And is it what I thought?"

"Mark Guillespie: Wanted for the murder of Tammy Winslow."

"I knew it. Damn it!" Cyrus punches a wall. His brother murdered his lovers best friend.

Harley's House:

Frank comes in, "Hey I'm glad to have you both here."

Gus and Harley walks over, "What's up Frank?"

"I have a case for the two of you."

Harley laughs, "Us?"

"I know you're not partners but I need you together on this case."

Gus thinks, "Is this about the murder of Julie Camaletti?"

"No. I need you to investigate two unidentified criminals. He holds up a newspaper."

The headline reads: The New Bonnie and Clyde

The Old Church:

Susan is holding the same paper.

Guillespie walks over, "Oh. They talked about us again."

She laughs, "This time we are the main story."

He kisses her and the two begin to make love.

Dinah and Mallet are having a little ceremony in Julie's memory.

Harley and a few other guests showed up.

Mallet speaks about his little sister, "I love you Julie. I am your big brother and I was supposed to protect you. Maybe I couldn't save you, but I promise... on your grave... I will find who did this to you. And I will make them pay."

He sits a rose down.

Mainstreet:

Kevin and Jason are sitting at CO2.

Maureen walks over, "Hey guys."

Jason pulls out a chair, "Hey what's up Reardon?"

She sits with them, "Well Dinah bought it."

Kevin laughs, "So you can come on Spring Break with us?"

"Yes. But I hate lying to her."

Kevin rolls his eyes, "Come on Maureen."

"She is our sister guys! And she's not okay."

Jason tries to calm her down, "Hey, maybe leaving right now is what's best. We'll be back. And it will give her time to work on her marriage."

Maureen believes him.

Towers:

Cassandra just came from a meeting.

Beth walks up to her, "You seem very happy with yourself."

"Hello Beth. How's the baby?"

"Bertha's fine."

"That's nice."

"Beth rolls her eyes."

Cassie scoffs, "What is your problem Beth? Is it that I'm running Spaulding? Becuase let me tell you-"

"It's not that Cassie! I know."

"You know?"

"Last fall, when you were in the hospital you told me that you switched the paternity test!! That Alan was the father!"

Cassandra drops her drink.

Company:

Ashlee is sitting with Coop.

He looks concerened.

She holds his hand, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm just worried about Lizzie."

"She doesn't want our help Coop."

"I know. But I've known Lizzie for a long time."

"She was your first love."

"Yes. She was. I'm worried about her."

Coop wonders where she is.

Cedars:

Lizzie comes into Colin's office.

"Hello Colin."

"Hey Liz."

"I'm here for my appoinment."

Colin is nervous, "Why else would you be here?"

"Exactly." Lizzie sits down.

Colin walks over, "Liz about.."

"I know."

"It was a mistake."

"Yes it was."

"I mean we don't.."

"No. We don't."

Colin smiles.

Lizzie can't help but see him in a much different light.

The Park:

Harley gives Mallet a kiss on the cheek, "Your sister was a great girl."

"Yes she was."

She gives him a hug and walks towards her car.

Gus comes over, "Hey. How was your trip last week?"

She smiles, "It was fine."

"I wanted to show you something. Back at the house. It's a surprise."

She follows.

Mallet sits. Dinah comes over, "You ready to go home?"

"No. Not yet. You go ahead without me."

"You sure?"

"Yeah I'd like to be alone please?"

"She kisses him and leaves."

Mallet sobs.

PART TWO:

Mainstreet:

Maureen is nervous, "So you guys promise not to ditch me?"

"Of course."

"Guys I'm still in crutches. I might not be able to leave them behind."

Jason laughs, "It's gonna be pretty hard to swim!"

She thumps him on the head.

Kevin brings some food over, "We're not going to tell Mom that we're home yet. She still thinks we are out of town with Grandma and Clarissa."

"How did you get Clarissa to cover."

Jason rolls his eyes, "We had to pay that little brat 20 bucks!"

Maureen laughs.

The three hold up their glasses in celebration of their plan.

Towers:

Cassandra walks around, "That's insane."

"I heard you Cassie!"

"And?"

"Well it came as a shock when we found out the truth!"

"What?"

"We had another DNA test. Alan isn't the father."

"I don't understand."

"The DNA test were tampered with the first time... Rick is the baby's father."

She smiles, "So I didn't do anything but right a wrong!"

"Oh! Of course you would see it like that!"

"What are you talking about?"

"Don't you see it? By hating Alan you.. You Cassie have become Alan."

Cassandra is angered by Beth's comment.

Cedars:

Lizzie smiles at Colin, "You know it wasn't bad."

"What?"

"The kiss."

"Liz. We.."

"I know. I just wanted to say that."

"Well for the record: Yes it was."

She laughs.

Company:

Coop is wiping down the counter.

Ashlee runs over, "I have got the most brilliant idea!"

"What?"

She shows him a brochure.

"Ashlee what is this?"

"I say we go on a trip for Spring Break!

Coop laughs.

Ashlee is confused.

Harley's House:

Gus walks her in with her eyes closed. "Don't open them!"

"I won't!"

Zach, Jude, Lynn, and Sydney are waiting.

Gus laughs, "Okay open!"

She opens her eyes. Her livingroom is painted. The furniture is finished. There are pictures of her family everywhere. Her house is finally a home.

Tears fill up in her eyes.

Towers:

Cassandra walks away from Beth, "You don't know what your talking about."

"Oh yes I do! I've been here before. I know what it's like. You need to get out while you still can."

"Oh stop being such a drama queen!"

"What could possible have given you the idea to go after Spaulding?"

Edmund walks over, "Hello Beth."

Beth is in shock to see her ex husband out of prison.

The Park:

"I will not rest until I find you. Whoever you are."

Mallet gets up and walks off.

An Eventful Afternoon in Springfield.....

Company:

Marina hugs Shayne, "Oh my God! You are so sweet!"

Shayne gives off a nervous laugh.

Marina sits the chocolates down, "I've missed you so much!"

"I missed you too Marina."

"You should meet my boyfriend Cyrus. He's older and he has a past, but he's a good guy."

"That's great. I'm happy for you."

She smiles, "So, what lucky girl has you now huh?"

Rocky walks in.

Marina gets excited, "Shayne I don't know if you've officially met my uncle Rocky. Rocky this is my... old friend... Shayne."

They shake hands as if they aren't madly in love or have even met.

Blake's House:

Blake walks in with Remy, "The kids come home next week."

Remy puts his box down, "So I'm going to be living with you?"

"Not exactly. You'll be staying in the guest room down here. I'll be in my room upstairs."

"So what does this mean?"

She holds his hand, "That you're still protecting me in case the stalker is still out there. And we'll see what happens next."

He smiles at her.

Malah House:

Dinah is cleaning up. Maureen walks in on her crutches. She still has them for a little while, "Hey D."

"Hi sweetie."

She sits her bag down, "How's Mallet?"

"He's taking it pretty hard. He went for a walk."

Maureen sits down, "Mom wanted me to talk with you. They left the dance before any of that happened. They didn't find out until they're plane landed."

"I hope they're enjoying they're honeymoon."

"I'm sure they are. Billy's a great guy. He really makes her happy."

"Yeah."

"Well, I don't want to be in the way so maybe I should stay at Cross Creek for a while?"

Dinah stops what she's doing, "Oh no honey, you don't have to."

"Well you guys have a lot going on. Besides you know Bill's there."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah. I'll be fine."

Maureen hugs her sister.

Dinah smiles, "Okay but not for good?"

"Of course not. Just a few weeks?"

"Sounds fine with me."

Dinah gives her sister a kiss on the head.

Cross Creek:

Ava walks into the kitchen.

She goes through the liquor cabinet and starts to make a drink. She takes the first sip. Bill walks in and sees the bottle next to her.

"Ava what are you doing?"

She quickly remembers that she told Bill she was pregnant.

PART TWO:

Blake's Home:

Blake starts unpacking.

Remy is staring at her, "Blake we're living together."

"No. You are living with me and my kids. You and I aren't a couple Remy. Okay? It's nothing."

Remy jokes, "That's not what you said the other night."

Blake throws a pillow at him.

He laughs, "Blake I'm kidding!"

She walks over to him, "You are living under my roof. You will obey my rules."

"And if I don't.. how might you punish me."

He steps closer. He pulls Blake into a kiss.

Cross Creek:

Ava secretly spits back into the glass. She turns around, "I made you a drink."

"No thank you."

She sits it down.

He starts going through his phone, "I made you an appointment."

"For what?"

"To make sure you're pregnant."

"Oh! You don't believe me?"

"Ava we need to be 100% sure. We go in a couple of weeks." He goes upstairs.

She talks to herself, "That gives me a couple of weeks to get pregnant."

Malah House:

Dinah and Maureen are packing her things.

Maureen is going to stay one more night.

Dinah goes to order a pizza for tonight.

Maureen gets a call, "Hey. Yeah she bought it. I hate lying to her."

Maureen hangs up. She goes to her drawer and starts packing more clothes and her swimsuit.

Company:

Marina sits and tells Rocky stories about her and Shayne. She is oblivious to the awkwardness in the room.

Frank calls Marina down stairs.

She leaves.

Rocky shuts the door, "Wow! You sure loved to play baseball huh?"

"Yeah well that was one of the things that brought Marina and I together. She likes to talk about it."

"It's gonna hurt her isn't it."

Beth wakes up in bed. She is relieved to realize she must have dreamed her experiences. She goes down stairs. She sees Rick's back sticking out of the fridge, "Oh honey you would never believe my dream last night."

He turns around, it's Phillip.

Beth quickly realizes it wasn't a dream.

Malah House:

Mallet is sitting on the couch with old pictures of Julie.

Dinah sits with him, "Hey."

He smiles at her, "Hey."

Dinah holds him, "You want to stay in today?"

He stands up, "I need to make arrangements. I need to plan the funeral. Find a church."

Dinah stands with her husband, "Honey, maybe we should think of a smaller ceremony."

Mallet is confused, "What do you mean?"

"Well you know it's more personal. And you know, she was only in town for a short time. I mean she didn't get a chance to..."

Mallet looks his wife in the eyes, "So you're saying: You don't think very many people want to come to my Baby Sister's funeral?"

Mallet is more hurt and sad then he is angry.

The Beacon Lobby:

Mel just came from a meeting. She goes to pour herself a coffee. Alan Michael Spaulding comes over, "Hello Mel."

"Alan Michael. How are you?"

"I'm good."

"How can I help you?"

"Well I know you're a lawyer.."

"Are you in some Spaulding trouble? Because I don't..."

"Mel? Do you handle divorces?"

Mel makes a confused looked at him.

Company:

Marina is catching up with Rocky.

"So how has it been in Europe?"

"It's been great! I really missed you guys though."

Frank walks in.

He sees Rocky. He runs over and gives him a big bear hug. Rocky is a little shaken at first but is happy to see his big brother.

They chat for a while.

Rocky goes up to his room to finish unpacking.

Marina talks with her father, "So. Any new woman in your life?"

"Marina Nadine Cooper that is..."

"Daddy! I want you to have someone. I worry about you."

Frank feels bad but it isn't time to talk about Mel.

The Beacon Lobby:

Mel sits down with Alan Michael, "You got married?"

He hesitates, "Uh yeah. Over ten years ago."

She sits up, "You're still married to..."

"Lucy. Yes."

"Wait I don't understand."

"We didn't officially sign the divorce papers."

"What? Wait didn't you sleep around with several women when you came back?"

"Yes. Not something I'm proud of. I just found myself in a depressed and confused state. It's not easy when a marriage doesn't work out."

"Yeah I know." Mel looks at her hand.

Alan Michael understands, "I'm sorry about you and my cousin."

"Thanks."

He tries to cheer her up, "He if it makes you feel better: I would choose you over Beth any day."

She laughs.

Bauer Home:

Beth calms down, "I thought you were Rick."

"Nope."

She tries to step around him. They have an awkward moment of trying to walk by each other. They stop and stare at each other. Mindy and Rick walk in to see the closeness between the two.

PART TWO:

Malah House:

Mallet walks to the window, "I didn't think like that."

Dinah regrets her words, "No I'm sorry. You know the brain thing.."

"No I mean you're right it might just be you and me and J.."

Dinah hugs him as tears run down his face.

Bauer Home:

Phillip and Beth immidiantly move away from each other.

Mindy giggles, "So did everyone sleep well?"

Phillip smiles, "Yes."

Rick begins to make breakfast, "Phillip how do you like your eggs."

Phillip and Beth respond at the same time that Phillip doesn't eat eggs.

They stare at each other for a moment.

Beth explains, "In Arizona we had this neighbor who invited us over to breakfast every other morning and eggs was all he could make. Phillip eventually got sick of them."

The two share a laugh.

Mindy notices the closeness they still share.

Beacon Lobby:

Alan Michael and Mel joke about divorce and marriage for a while.

Alan Michael brings the case back up, "So will you?"

She smiles, "Yes I will."

He gets up. He pulls out a teddy bear for Leah.

He walks to the door and stops, "You know Mel? I don't know how Rick ever let you go."

Mel is surprised to be so flattered by a Spaulding.

Company:

Shayne sneaks in through the back door. He goes upstairs.

He has a heartshaped box of chocolates. Sort of a late Valentine.

He sees the open door and jumps in with it.

He is shocked to see it is not Rocky's room but Marina's.

She is shocked to see her ex boyfriend holding chocolates in her room.

Harley and Gus try and deal with going from raising two children to four. Gus really wants Natalia but not for the reasons he thought. As the wedding grows closer Alan does as well. Alan and Natalia can't fight their feelings for long which have some shocking results.

Mindy has brought Phillip back into their lives.

Beth and Rick help hide Phillip. But Mindy continues to push. It all comes down to a shocking secret that will change everything.

These two have realized their feelings. But they stil walk on thin ice. They continue to play their games of tricking each other and keeping secrets to stay together. Remy gets some shocking information that could end the relationship. However things get complicated when lust turns into more. The stalker will be revealed.

Mallet is mourning his little sister. He makes it his mission to find whoever is responisble and make them pay. However 90% of Springfield is suspects. Including his wife. Dinah has many secrets coming out and just when things get intense Dinah and Mallet's life changes forever.

Cyrus tries to keep hide his brother Guillespie from Marina. Because when Marina finds out that Cyrus's brother is the same man who killed Tammy, it won't be good. Of course this is only the beginning of Cyrus's past coming back. Susan soon finds herself in serious trouble!

Frank and Mel are enjoying their relationship which could become more. Eventually everyone finds out.

The Hallway:

Rick hugs Phillip.

Beth is still confused, "Where have you been this whole time?"

Phillip goes to say something. He is interupted by Harley's voice, "Rick?!?!"

Harley comes over, "Rick, Rick!"

Rick grabs her shoulder, "Calm down what is going on?"

"Julie. Julie Camaletti. She's been shot!" Harley drags Rick away.

Phillip steps over to Beth and Mindy, "Wow. It's weird seeing her."

Beth stands up, "So much has happened."

Beth isn't happy, "So you know about Lizzie."

Bill's Car:

Bill is driving Ava home. Ava smiles, "It was a nice wedding."

The Ballroom:

Dinah drags Mallet away, "Honey we need to let the doctors do their job."

Mallet pulls his arm away, "She is my little sister."

Outside:

Blake and Remy get their clothes back on.

Blake looks around, "Where is everyone?"

They here the sirens and see the ambulence.

They run to the car.

Rocky, Ashlee and Coop walk out after being questioned.

Rocky goes to leave.

They all get in Coop's car.

Rocky text Shayne that he isn't coming home tonight.

Cross Creek:

Bill and Ava walk in.

Mallet is sitting with Dinah, Gus, Harley and Marina.

Gus hands him a water, "Here man."

Lillian comes over.

Mallet stands up, "Lillian?"

Rick comes over.

Dinah and Mallet are walking out. He takes one last look around the room, "I'll find out who killed my sister if it's the last thing I do."

He looks around the room at all of his friends and neighbors. However now he sees suspects.

Everyone in town has arrived.

The Dance Floor:

Rick and Beth are celebrating their first night out since Bertha was born. Beth is all smiles until she notices Mindy, "Rick who is that man she's with." They stare at Mindy's tall date. He seems to be staring at them as well. Mindy notices and drags him away. Beth can't stop staring.

The Dinner Tables:

Josh and Olivia are sitting at a table. Marah is sitting as well. Jeffrey and Reva walk by with Shayne. It's awkward. Olivia notices the tension between Marah and Reva, "Reva why don't you sit down?"

Reva stares at Olivia, "Excuse me?"

"Come on Reva. We're all family. Sort of."

They sit down. Reva knows what Olivia is up too.

She sees Billy, Bill, and Ava walking over.

Reva calls them over and before Olivia realizes it, the entire Lewis clan is together.

The Ladies Room:

Lizzie is trying to catch her breath. Ashlee walks over, "Lizzie are you okay?"

Lizzie rolls her eyes, "What did I tell you?" She storms out and runs into Coop.

Towards the Entrance:

Harley and Gus are chatting about Sydney and Lynn. Natalia sees Alan head into the back room. She follows him to see what he is up to.

Outside:

Remy is coming from the car. He sees that Blake is now on the ground, "Oh my God! What happened?"

She sits up, "I don't know? I was just walking and.. ow!" She feels the back of her head.

Remy looks at it, "It looks fine."

She gets nervous, "Actually... you look perfectly fine for someone who fell on the cement." He smiles.

She shoves him, "What are you saying?"

Remy stands her up, "Blake did you fake this?"

The Dinner Table:

Vanessa walks over to chat with Dinah and Mallet, "Hello. How are you two?"

A Back Room:

Natalia looks around. Alan surprises her, "What are you doing?"

She turns around in shock, "Alan? What are you doing? Trying to ruin the party?"

"You know Natalia for someone who hates me you sure seem to follow me a lot."

She backs away, "What are you doing Alan?"

"Why don't you just run to Gus? Give him another reason to hate me! Just like you." Alan sits at an old table.

Natalia sits across from him, "You keep saying 'hate'. I don't hate you Alan."

Alan smiles, "So is this that time?"

"What time?"

"Where you finally admit you have feelings for me."

"Alan."

"Does it hurt Natalia. To know you fell for someone like me?"

She is starting to cry, "Yes. It hurts so much."

She surprises Alan.

Julie walks into another room and flips the switches. Instantly, the entire place is dark.

PART TWO:

Center of the Room:

Vanessa and Billy don't let this get the best of them. They try and get everyone together. There are candles everywhere.

Dinah gets everyone together. Mallet goes to look for his sister.

The Dinner Tables:

Edmund and Cassandra have vanished into the dark.

Reva and Josh walk over to the center.

Jeffrey and Marah wait back. Both are drunk.

Jeffrey can't see. He doesn't realize Reva has left. He grabs Marah. The two make out under the table.

The Wedding:

Vanessa and Billy are standing in front of everyone.

Bill is watching. Ava pulls him aside, "Bill we need to talk."

"Ava not now."

"Bill now!"

"Ava I need to tell you something first."

Ava knows whats coming she speaks before she thinks, "Bill I'm pregnant!!"

Bill stares in disbelief.

Gus and Harley are in the crowd. Wondering where Natalia is.

The Back Room:

Alan holds Natalia's hand, "When I'm with you I feel like I'm not the same man. Like everything from the past doesn't matter anymore. It's as if you could save me from all of the hate and anger. If we could just tell everyone how we feel. Maybe then we can finally be happy, together." He leans in to kiss her.

Natalia is scared. She slaps him and jumps up, "Stop. No!"

Alan grabs her, "Natalia please give me a chance."

"Alan!" They fall to the floor.

"Natalia you don't have to fight it!"

"No Alan! I could never love you! You are a monster."

She shoves him and runs out. Leaving him heartbroken.

The Wedding:

Billy and Vanessa are saying their vows.

Billy is smiling, "Vanessa. You make me want to be more. And by doing that you make me more. By marrying me.. you are my hero."

Vanessa laughs. She wipes her tears, "Oh Billy. You and I know what it means to wait. But I think we've done enough of that. I promise that this time we will finally have the life we always wanted. Because after everything we've been through... How can we not?"

Down The Hall:

Lizzie and Colin are laughing about the joke.

Lizzie hears footsteps, "It's Coop!"

She pulls him into a shocking kiss!

At first it's awkward. They soon realize its just a waiter walking by. Yet they continue to kiss.

They step back. Colin stares at Lizzie then they both walks away.

Outside: Blake is hiding from Remy. He finds her, "Blake you don't need to be embarrased."

"God! I'm so stupid!"

"No you're not."

"You must be furious."

"No I'm flattered."

"What?"

"No one has ever done something like that to be with me."

Blake stands up and stares into Remys eyes. They walks behind the building.

Remy kisses Blake.

She begins to rip off his shirt. He unbottons her dress.

The Wedding:

Rev. Ruthledge grins, "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

The crowd applauds as Billy kisses Vanessa.

Mindy goes to look for her date.

Beth follows. Until her dress is pulled, "Oh Rick you scared me. She kisses him."

Mindy finds her date, "There you are." She kisses him.

Mallet is looking around for Julie he opens the door. And he sees something on the ground. He runs over and flips on the switches. The lights come on.

The Wedding:

All of the guest smile as the light comes on.

Jeffrey crawls out from the table with Marah. The two stare in shock.

Mindy looks at her date. It's actually Rick! She didn't notice.

Beth sees what happened. She is with Mindy's date. She smacks him. His mask falls off.

Beth and Rick stare in shock.

Beth is in shock, "OH MY GOD! PHILLIP!?!?!"

Mallet calls everyone into the room. They all run in. Mallet is sobbing. Holding his sister. She is covered in blood. There is a bullet hole in her chest.

Olivia's Car:

Bill hears the sirens. He knows what he must do. He walks Olivia to his car and drives off before anyone comes.

He later picks up his phone and reports that her car was stolen.

Spaulding Jet:

Edmund is giving Cassandra a backrub, "Ah how did it go?"

She sips her drink, "As well as could be expected. They were shocked. But they seemed to be close."

"Isn't she with Mr. O'Neil?"

"I can't keep up with her anymore."

"What about RJ? What did they say."

"Josh thinks he can keep my son away from me."

"Well we are in control of Spaulding now. We have a lot of power."

She stands up and moves to the other side, "We? I am in control of Spaulding. No one even knows you are out of prison."

"Who got Amanda and India's proxys?"

He gets her to sit back down.

She smiles, "How about Alonzo?"

"Well he doesn't want us anywhere near Will."

"We'll see how that goes."

"Where are we going next."

She grins, "To Springfield."

The jet is on it's way.

Towers:

Jeffrey is trying to get Reva back on the phone.

Marah walks up behind him, "Hey Jeffrey?"

"Marah. I haven't see you in a while."

"Well I went to Paris. I packed my stuff and brought it here."

"That's nice."

"Shayne tried to call me but my phone hasn't been working. I need to check up with him."

"Oh my God Marah. You don't know."

"About Cassie."

He holds her hand, "Marah... she's alive."

Cross Creek:

Billy walks in the livingroom. He sees Vanessa, "How are you feeling?"

Outside Dylan is scraping the driveway.

The Old Church:

Guillespie smiles at Cyrus, "Some big brother you are."

Guillespie laughs, "That's sweet but this is who I am now."

He smacks Cyrus, knocking him to the floor.

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia walks in with Bill, "What's going on?"

"Why aren't we at the hospital?"

"Because you were drunk. They would have arrested you."

She looks around, "Oh. So where's my car?"

"I reported it stolen. They'll think someone stole it and abandoned it." He wraps a blanket around her.

She smiles, "Nice save Lewis." She starts to pour him a drink.

He grabs it from her, "What the hell are you doing?"

"I was going to celebrate."

"Olivia you have a problem!"

"I don't! What can you honestly say you've never gone driving after a couple of drinks?"

"That doesn't make it right!"

She rolls her eyes, "Come on!"

"Olivia what if Emma was in the car?"

Spaulding Jet:

Cassandra and Edmund step off the plane.

He hold an invitation, "The Springfield Masquerade Ball is coming up."

She smiles, "Yes everyone is going to be there. The perfect time to make our entrance."

They hold hands and walk to the car.

Cross Creek:

Vanessa comes down stairs with a bag, "I'm going out of town for a few days."

Billy is upset, "Will you be back in time for the ball?"

"I don't know Billy?"

He follows her to the door, "Vanessa what does this mean?"

"Billy I - "

He interupts, "You don't know."

She walks out.

Olivia's Suite:

Olivia opens the door, "Bill get out!"

Bill walks out, "Olivia we will talk about this later."

She looks him in the eye, "Don't count on it." She slams the door.

She starts to pour a drink then throws it at the wall and falls to the ground sobbing.

The Old Church:

Guillespie holds a gun to Cyrus's head, "You know I have made a good life now. And I will not let you take it away from me."

"Please.."

Guillespie puts the gun away, "You going to the ball?"

Cyrus gets up, "Yeah."

"Maybe I'll see you there." He leaves.

Some Mysterious Room:

Julie is sitting at a desk.

There are pictures of everyone in the town: Dylan, Frank, Mel, Matt, Dinah, Mallet, Gus, Harley, Marina, Cyrus etc.

She is typing a page. She speaks the words as she types, "Dear residents of Springfield: I have found your secrets. I have followed them and found out things that would even surprise you. I decided to write them all down in case... Well you know. This is the last page. I have written many of your secrets and they will be published. Everyone will know. Springfield will never be the same again. They are in order from smallest to biggest! So at the end is the one that will get me the power that I want. I know that many will want to hurt me. Maybe you have a right to. Well just keep in mind, I know who is responsible for what happens next. There name is on the last page just in case.

Olivia is on the phone, "Come on Josh pick up!"

Bill walks in, "The door was open."

"What do you want? Oh wait I know. You want to catch me drinking right? Well here it is!" She take a big drink.

Bill takes the glass, "Actually I came to see Josh."

"Join the club. I'm trying to get ahold of him. Oh Cassie's alive! And that's not the drink talking."

"Yeah Ava's been worried about her job."

"Oh, she'll be fine. I talked to Cassie or Cassandra."

"That was nice of you."

"She is my daughter just like Emma."

Bill sits with her, "Olivia we don't have to do this. If you just...."

"NO! Okay just... I'm going." She takes her drink and leaves.

San Cristobel:

Josh and Reva are staying in a hotel.

Josh is looking at his phone, "It still doesn't work out here."

Reva finally gets her's to work, "Hey. Jeffrey has called me a lot. And the kids, Billy, Vanessa, even Olivia."

Josh is confused, "You don't think..."

"Something must be wrong Joshua."

She calls Jeffrey, "Yeah hey! Long story.... What?... NO I can't hear you.... Jeffrey... wait it sounded like you said..."

The door opens. Cassandra walks in, "Hello Josh. Reva. Where is my son?"

The two stand in shock.

Mainstreet:

Cyrus gets a text message. That reads: Meet me in the old church. - Marina.

Cyrus is confused since it isn't Marina's number. But he still goes to check it out.

AVA'S:

Remy and Blake are hanging out at the new bar. Blake gets Remy to start dancing, "Blake I hate dancing!"

"Then why are you so good at it?"

The two laugh.

Just then Mel walks in and quickly notices the closeness between the two.

Bauer House:

Rick and Beth are out for the day. Mindy breaks in.

She starts looking through Beth's things. "Come on Beth. There is something here and I am going to find it if it's the last thing I do."

Towers:

Matt is talking with Julie.

Julie is confused, "You look different."

"Well I feel different. Julie I think it's time we called it quits."

"Excuse me?"

"I've been talking to Felcia Boudreau about how I've been feeling latley and she really thinks she can help me. I just think this relationship isn't helping."

"Oh I see you want to pin all of your troubles on me?"

"No. Not that...."

"No that's it. Well you were getting into trouble before I came back."

"Julie don't do this."

"No. You may have forgotten but we've shared secrets. I have many of yours and you have many of mine. So if you want out, you'll have to wait until one of us dies."

Matt looks at her in fear.

She pushes them away, "Stop. Okay? Now I need to see my son."

"I am Cassandra Spaulding, CEO of Spaulding Enterprises."

The two of them stand in shock.

PART TWO:

Bill's Car:

Bill is driving down the road. He is on the phone with his lawyer. He notices an accident. He pulls over to check it out. He quickly recognizes the car.

"Oh my God! Olivia!"

He goes running towards it.

Old Church:

Cyrus walks in, "Marina are you here."

Just then Guillespie walks in, "Hello."

Cyrus is shocked, "What the hell are you doing here?"

The two stare at each other.

San Cristobel:

Reva begins to notice the different woman standing in front of her, "What happened to you?"

"I'm fine Reva."

Josh tries to give her some water.

She grabs it and throws it at the wall, "I want my son now!"

Josh is upset, "Not now. He has been through a lot."

She grabs her purse, "I will get RJ back and I will fight Alonzo and get Will back."

She walks out the door then turns around, "You know it's nice, my tragic death helped reunite the love that is Josh Reva. Your welcome." She smirks at them and leaves.

AVA'S:

Mel walks over to Remy and Blake, "You two having fun?"

Blake laughs, "You bet."

Mel smiles at her brother, "Remy would you get me a drink?"

Blake giggles, "How about you get me three?"

Remy laughs then goes to the bar.

Mel stares at Blake, "What are you doing?"

"Dancing Mel. Having fun."

"Blake what are you doing with my little brother?"

"He works for me."

"Blake Remy is very young. He is still mourning Tammy, what he needs right now is someone..."

Blake interupts, "Someone who isn't desperate and crazy."

Mel shakes her head, "No Blake I wasn't..."

"You know what Mel? For once in you life could you just step off you high horse and have some fun or something."

Mel takes a deep breathe. She hands Blake some money, "Tell Remy, 'Thanks' but I had to go." Mel walks out.

Remy returns and joins Blake.

Towers:

Matt is upset by Julie, "You are blackmailing me?"

Julie is angry, "It is always about you!"

"Julie I have a daughter! I can't keep doing this."

"Well I'm sorry but you are to far in this to be let out now."

She gives him a kiss on the lips then stares deep into his eyes, "I'll see you at home."

She walks out. Matt knows he must do something to stop her.

Bauer Home:

Mindy finds a daily planner of Beth's. She flips through it then stops, No. Oh my God!"

She grabs her stuff and runs out.

Somewhere On The Road:

Bill is running to Olivia's car. She is passed out, "Olivia!"

He opens her door. He sees the bottle of alchol next to her, "Oh no Olivia!"

He heres sirens and throws it into the bushes.

Olivia begins to wake up. Bill notices she is fine. She passed out behind the wheel. But the car is trashed. He sees old empty bottles in under the seats.

He heres the sirens coming closer. He knows he has to make a choice.

The Old Church:

Cyrus grabs Guillespie by his shirt, "Why are you here in Springfield!?!'"

"Hey you didn't invite me to your wedding last year?"

"Stop the jokes!" He throws him down.

Guillepsie, "You have funny way of showing your feelings."

"Get out of this town!"

"Or what? You know what would Mom say if she saw this?"

Cyrus stares at his little brother.

Spaulding Private Jet:

Cassandra walks on. She talks to the pilot, "Is my gentleman friend on?"

"Yes he is in the back. He just opened a bottle of wine."

"Perfect."

She steps in the back and smiles, "There you are."

The entire room of people is in shock.

Cassandra Spaulding is standing before them, "Alan and Alex. My brother and sister."

Alex walks over, "You must be joking."

She hands them files, "I did some investigating. Apparently some time back in the 70's Brandon Spaulding had sex with Sarah Shayne. That would make me your little sister."

Everyone is speechless.

She opens briefcase, "Now lets start the vote."

Harley's House:

Harley and Gus are holding Sydney but staring at the other girl in front of them.

Sydney pulls away and runs to the other girl.

Harley is confused, "So wait you're here to live with us?"

The girls nod their heads.

Gus gets Jeffrey on the phone.

Outside Natalia shoves Rafe, "I can't believe you would scare me like that!"

"I was just messing around Mommy."

"Don't Mommy me! You haven't called me in how long?"

"I've been busy!"

"Well are you going to stick around?"

"Maybe."

Rafe kisses his Mom good bye and walks off.

Natalia notices there is something darker about Rafe.

Spaulding Boardroom:

Cassandra starts, "I now move that Cassandra Spaulding is installed as Chief Exectutive Officer of Spaulding Enterprises."

Alan rolls his eyes.

Then a quiet voice says, "I second the motion."

They all turn and see that it was Lizzie.

Cassandra looks around the room, "Now lets start the vote. I have my vote for myself. I also contain the proxy of Amanda Spaulding Thorpe and the proxy of India von Holkien."

Alan is furious, "How on Earth did you manage that?!?"

She smiles, "Alan shush. Now lets start with Olivia Spencer. My dear friend who I helped protect Emma with."

Olivia is still in shock, "Are you sure you know what you're doing?"

Alan looks at Olivia, "Olivia, you will regret it."

"No Alan! I am sick and tired of living under you. It is time someone took you down a peg. I vote Cassandra Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises."

Cassandra smiles, "Now Elizabeth Spaulding."

Alan looks over towards her, "Elizabeth, you know what to do."

"Yes. For the first time I do. Cassie I've caused you're family so much pain. For Tammy... I vote Cassandra Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises. I vote twice for Gus."

Dinah's turn, "I too have a lot to make up for so I'm trusting that.... I vote for Cassandra Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises."

Alan stands up, "What is this? Poor Cassie day!?!"

Cassandra stops him, "Take a seat Alan!"

Harley's House:

Jeffrey is at the table, "Well I've been investigating this and apparently there was some confusion and you two signed to take on all of the Driscoll's children."

Gus is angry, "We thought they only had one!"

"Yes I know. Now I looked further to see how I missed it and apparently someone went and tampered with our copy so we would miss it."

Harley is staring at the girls, "Any idea who it could be?"

"Well.. Mel said that Mallet's little sister was snooping around last month."

Harley quickly turns around, "Julie? She wouldn't do that. I was married to her brother."

"Well you divorced her brother," Gus point out.

Jeffrey goes through the files, "Did she have any problems with your family?"

Harley hesitates, "Well she had this thing with Frank but thats.... Well I mean she was engaged to Dylan and she didn't seem to happy that we were together."

The three wonder if it could be Julie.

PART TWO:

Spaulding Boardroom:

Cassandra continues the vote, "Doris Wolfe, oh happy anniversary you two." She smiles at Doris and Alan.

Doris fakes a smile, "I vote Alan Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises."

Cassandra doesn't seem to be worried, "Alan Michael Spaulding?"

"Hello Cassie... Cassandra. I'm sorry but I don't know if you're ready for this. I vote for Alan Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding."

She looks over at Alex, "Alexandra Spaulding?"

Alex laughs, "Well not that this show isn't fun but, I vote Alan Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises. And Nick's vote as well."

Mindy's turn, "Alan after this I'm out of your debt. I vote Alan Spaulding as CEO of Spaulding."

Cassandra goes to the next person, "Blake Thorpe Marler?"

Blake is crying, "Cassie. Why haven't you been in contact with any of us? Harley and I were so..."

"Funny I don't remember either of you while I was in Ravenwood. Maybe now you can make it right. You do have Harley's proxy as well correct?"

Blake takes a deep breath, "I vote for Cassandra Spaulding. And Harley's vote goes to Alan Spaulding. They cancel each other out."

Rafe walks in, "Am I too late?"

Alan rises, "Raphael! Come join. Cast your vote." He quickly frowns when he notices the leather jacket and jeans, "Well you look like a young punk we used to know. Right Elizabeth?"

Lizzie is angered when she realizes he is talking about Jonathan, "How dare you!"

Rafe laughs, "Chill out! Now, I vote for Grand Daddy Alan as CEO of Spaulding Enterprises."

Cassandra looks at the results, "Well we're tied."

All eyes are on Beth Raines Bauer.

Harley's House:

Harley talks with Jeffrey, "So can we talk to the judge."

"Well sure I mean these cases are simple, children are split up a lot. But.."

They quickly frown when they realize what they're suggesting.

Jeffrey goes on, "From what I've seen, I don't think Sydney will go anywhere without Lynn."

Harley looks at Gus.

Natalia walks in, "Where is she?"

She sees the two girls and smiles, "Oh."

Spaulding Boardroom:

Beth explains her vote, "You two have done horrible things to me. You used me and my child as pawns in your war! Well no more! Something has to change and that change starts now. I vote Cassandra Spaulding as the CEO of Spaulding Enterprises!"

Alan is furious.

Cassandra stands up, "It's official I am now CEO of Spaulding Enterprises and have control of the Spaulding Mansion." She looks around the room, "I'll see you at home."

She walks off.

Alan and Alexandra are talking, "Alexandra do you know who all is arriving?"

"Well Amanda said she wasn't coming."

"What a surprise."

"I'm not sure who is her proxy."

"Well is anyone coming? What about Gus?"

"He did tell me to give you a message but I'd rather not repeat it."

Alan rolls his eyes, "Well when Phillip comes here he is going to be surprised."

Lizzie comes in, "Daddy's coming?"

Alex looks at Alan and then to Lizzie, "No sweetheart. Your Grandfather has quite the imagination."

Lizzie understands.

Alan smiles, "Hello Elizabeth. Where is your..."

Beth walks in, "I'm right here Alan. What didn't think I'd show up?"

"No I didn't."

Beth rolls her eyes, "Well I should be spending this day with Rick."

Shayne and Rocky are eating. Shayne reads a text from Marah, "My sister wants to meet me for lunch."

"You gonna go?"

"Hey I am happy here. With you, on the most romantic day of the year!"

"How long are we going to do this?"

"You know what? Shayne I love you and I want to be able to go out with you in public."

"Not since we came to Springfield! We have been nothing but hermits!"

"Rocky, can you honestly say that you are ready to tell your family?"

Josh and Reva are sitting at the bar.

Reva rolls her eyes, "I cannot believe I let you talk me into joining you here. On today of all days! Where's Olivia?"

"Oh yeah! I was supposed to go to that! You know..."

"Joshua if this is about Cassie..."

"Reva, it's about Sarah."

Lizzie runs and hugs her uncle, "Oh my God! What are you doing here?"

Dinah and Olivia walk in. Dinah hugs Alan Michael, "Hey good to see you."

Alan is angered, "What are you two doing here?"

Dinah smiles, "Well I got a letter told me about the meeting which reminded me that I still have some Spaulding stock from when I worked here., so did Olivia. And here we are."

The women take their seats.

Blake walks in and Mindy follows.

Mindy walks over to Beth, "Hey."

Beth leers at her then walks away.

Doris walks over to Alan, "Hey. Are you nervous?"

"Of course not."

"Well good. You got my vote. By the way happy anniversary."

"Of our so called marriage that ended?"

"Oh yes, the day I saved your butt. What are the odds?"

Everyone takes their seats.

Alan questions everyone, "So Alex you sent them letters?"

Alex laughs, "No I didn't Alan."

Blake speaks up, "Actually mine was from a person named C. Spaulding."

Everyone else shows the same letters.

Harley's House:

Natalia kisses Gus, "Hey what did I miss?"

"Nothing. Sydney should be here soon."

Harley and Gus begin to talk about how old she is now. She must be talking and walking. She is much older.

Natlaia feels left out. She goes in the backyard.

The next thing she knows someone grabs her.

The Beacon:

Rocky is looking out the window, "Why is this so difficult. I just want to tell them. Tell them, 'Hey I'm GAY!'"

Shayne smiles, "Well I think you might want to wait until you tell them you're in town."

"What about you?"

"I'm not to nervous. I actually worried about your neice."

"Marina?"

"Yeah. She'll have a hard time understanding."

"They all are. I mean when we met, I had no idea that we already new each other."

"Sort of yeah."

Rocky kisses Shaynes hand and holds it, "But I don't care how any of this happened. I'm just glad that it did."

The two share a passionate kiss.

Spaulding Boardroom:

Everyone is in their seats.

Alexandra goes through the files that were delivered, "Well maybe this will explain something."

Alan looks over, "What is it?"

"It says that someone has been investigating Brandon Spaulding."

"Why would anyone care about our father Alexandra?"

"Well I don't know, but whoever it is must be the one who set this up."

"It has to be him."

Mindy is confused, "Who Alan?"

A gentleman walks in, "Ladies and Gentleman, C. Spaulding has arrived."

Everyone looks to the door.

A shock comes over the crowd as the door opens wide.

Harley's House:

Outside Natalia screams. Then she sees his face.

"Hey Mom."

"Oh Rafe?"

Rafe smiles.

Inside, Gus and Harley turn around. A man carries bags in. A young girl walks in. However she is a young preteen girl around Zach and Jude's age. Harley and Gus step over, "Sydney?" They nod.

She looks at them like they are crazy, "No. I'm Lynn. Sydney's coming."

A young child walks in. They run over to her, "Sydney!"

They look over at Lynn.

She smiles, "They told us we were getting a new family."

Gus and Harley are shocked when they here her say we.

Josh's Car:

"Reva we'll be at the airport soon."

Reva hangs up, "I just left Jeffrey a message. I wish I could have told him in person."

"Reva we need to find the rest of Cassie's diary. It must be at the other hospital."

Reva is upset, "I know how hard it was for Cassie to not know who her father was."

"Oddly enough I think the information may have been the last straw."

"Are you saying Cassie found out who he was before she..."

"That is exactly what I'm saying. I mean it all makes sense."

"Oh my God! But who? I mean who could it have been? Something to make her flip out! What name could have horrified her in such a way?"

Spaulding Boardroom:

The all rise.

Alan's mouth drops when he sees her.

He finally says something, "Oh God! Cassie? You're alive?"

She walks in, "Hello everyone."

All of her present friends are in tears.

She smiles, "I'd like to be addressed as Cassandra. Cassandra Spaulding."

They all look at each other in confusion.

She looks at Alan and Alex, "Don't you see it? I'm your little sister."

Reva walks in. "Rick? You called me?"

Rick and Josh are in the livingroom. Josh is getting confused, "Wait Rick what's going on?"

"You two. You told me that Cassie switched the paternity test! That Alan was the father!"

Josh tries to calm him down, "It's true Rick. We saw the DVD of Cassie switching the paternity test."

Rick shows them the papers, "Well the new ones say he isn't the father!"

Reva takes a look, "New ones? Did Beth find out?"

"Yes! But thank God the test came out this way. After months of lying to my wife."

Josh looks, "I can't believe this."

Reva tries to understand, "Well maybe Alan rigged the test first and Cassie switched them back?"

Rick sits down, "I don't know. And I don't care. But when Beth gets home she can't know that any of this happened."

They all promise to keep the secret.

Spaulding Mansion:

Alan is arguing with Mindy when Alex walks in, "Well hello Mindy."

"Hi Alexandra."

"If you'll excuse me and my brother."

"My pleasure. I can't stand being her much longer." Mindy leaves.

Alex rolls her eyes, "Why has she been here?"

"Long story. What is this about Alexandra?"

"Alan it's the company."

"What about it?"

"Someone is buying up the stock."

"What?"

"And there is more. A meeting was scheduled next week. Apparently someone is tyring to take over as CEO. Someone who has been working on taking over Spaulding."

"Alexandra. I can't believe this."

"Well it's happening. The question is: Who's behind it?"

"There is only one person it can be."

Alan only has one person in mind.

Courthouse:

Harley, Gus and Jeffrey listen as Susan talks about G, "I dated him yes. A big mistake."

"Have you been in contact since?"

"No. He killed my cousin Tammy."

"And you didn't love him?

Susan hesitates. But continues to lie, "No. We weren't serious."

"Do you think Gus and Harley deserve to adopt."

"Yes. They will make great parents."

After Susan's questions are done the judge goes back to go over the case.

Out in the hall Lizzie wakes up in Coops arms, "What?"

"Lizzie you passed out!"

"I'm fine."

Coop rubs her head, "No your not. Ashlee call an ambulence."

Ashlee stares at Lizzie who nods her head.

Coop is confused, "Ashlee?"

Lizzie gets up, "Coop I'm fine. Thank you." She runs out.

Coop walks over to Ashlee, "What was that about."

Ashlee tries to explain.

The Beacon:

Shayne is pacing in his room. The door opens.

The guy walks in.

Shayne comes over, "Rocky! Finally what took you so long?"

Rocky shuts hangs up his coat, "I almost ran into my brother. I didn't want Frank to see me."

Josh show Reva the diary, "Do you think I should read it?"

"What?"

"I mean I don't want to. But this might explain a lot."

"Joshua I don't think you should be asking me."

"Reva come on. You are the only person who understands. Maybe we can finally find out what was going on in Cassie's head. And what pushed her over the edge before they took her out of Ravenwood."

"Oh Bud."

Josh drives Reva home.

Spaulding Mansion:

Alan looks at the files, "It must be him."

"Alan why would Phillip be doing this?"

"To make his triumphet return to Springfield!"

"Alan I really don't think it's him."

"Well. I guess we'll find out soon enough."

"Oh God!"

Courthouse:

The judge walks in, "Well I've given this a lot of thought."

The whole room is on the edge of their seats.

"In the case of Gus Aitoro and Harley Cooper Aitoro adopting the children and/or child of the deceased Driscoll's.... Congratualations."

Gus and Harley jump up and hug.

The Coopers applaud.

Harley smiles, "Sydney is coming home!"

Outside Coop is questioning Ashlee, "Ashlee what is it?"

"Coop listen we should go in I think the judge,..."

"Ashlee stop what is going on?"

"Coop I can't..."

"No. You can't keep secrets from me!"

I'm not trying to!"

"Then what is it? What is up with Lizzie?"

"She's....."

"What?"

"She's...."

"What Ashlee? What?"

"She's dying Coop!"

Coop's heart falls to his feet.

Josh's Car:

Josh is flipping through the diary, "Reva look at this."

"Joshua don't!"

"Reva. Cassie was investigating."

"Who."

"Your mother. Sarah."

"What about her?"

"I don't know. But she was looking for information about Sarah's past..."

Reva grabs the diary, "No more! We are done." Reva gets out and walks home with the diary.

The Beacon:

Shayne and Rocky are talking.

Rocky looks out the window, "I can't believe you visted your parents already."

"Well I didn't plan on it. But the weather kind of led me there and I couldn't sit in my car."

"It's fine. I'll have to see my family too."

"Are you gonna tell them?"

"Not yet."

"Lets just enjoy the time right now."

A busy morning in town......

Cedars:

Billy, Vanessa, and Matt are all sitting outside the room.

Dinah brings them coffee, "Any news?"

Vanessa is worried, "No. Not yet."

Mallet walks out of the room, "Matt, Vanessa she wants to see you guys."

They walk in. Dinah comes over to Mallet, "What did she say?"

"She didn't get a good look at the guy. But I think once she's better, her memory will clear up."

Dinah walks in the room with Billy.

Julie walks up, "Hey."

Mallet hugs her, "Hi."

"How is she?"

"She'll be alright."

Mallet holds his sister close.

Cross Creek:

Josh is getting the last of his stuff. His phone rings.

The man is calling from Ravenwood. He says Cassie Winslow left some stuff behind.

Josh goes over there.

Spaulding Mansion:

Beth, Rick and Alan are waiting. The maid walks in and hands them and envelope. Alan grabs it, "Finally the truth."

Rick tries to take it from Alan, "Give me that!"

"Rick stop it!" Beth tries to break it up.

The envelope tears and falls to the floor. The papers fall out. Beth picks them up and Alan reads over her shoulder.

Mindy is lurking behind the corner.

The Old Church:

The church has been empty for years.

Susan and Guillespie have been living there.

He walks over and throws a newspaper on her face to wake her up.

She smiles, "Hey."

"Open it."

She does so, "Hmm, three killed in car accident..."

"The top corner."

"Gus Aitoro and Harley Cooper are going to do everything they can to get their daughter."

"It mentions you."

"So it does."

"Read the trial date."

"Today."

He smiles at her.

Courthouse:

Harley and Gus are going over everything with Jeffrey, "So have you guys got everyone here?"

Gus looks around, "I think so."

"We need Buzz and Coop as family, Ashlee the babysitter, Frank the boss, and... where is she?"

"Harley grabs her phone, I'll call her."

The Old Church:

Susan puts her shirt on while on the phone with Harley, "Don't worry Harley I'll be there."

Guillespie kisses her neck and whispers, "So will I."

Susan laughs, "Nothing... Okay I'll see you there."

She hangs up and puts her jacket on.

Courthouse:

Harley walks over, "Okay she's on her way."

Jeffrey goes through the files, "Okay that's good. Now Gus we need someone from your family."

"Her family is my family."

"What about Rafe?"

"He's away at school."

"Gus we need a Spaulding."

"What Spaulding is going to help me?"

Lizzie walks in, "This one."

They all turn in surprise.

PART TWO:

Cedars:

Maureen is in her bed, "Mom your wedding!"

Vanessa shushes her, "Billy and I postponed the wedding.

Billy smiles, "This was more important Darlin'."

Maureen smiles, "When can I go home?"

Vanessa strokes her face, "Rick said that you can go home after your last test come in. But don't worry, we already made up your room."

Matt steps in, "Wait she's staying with you?"

"Yes Matt I am her mother."

"Oh great I'll never see her now!"

"Would you stop thinking about yourself for one minute!?! That is how you got where you are in the first place!"

"Oh right Vanessa. I'm just so selfish huh?!"

Dinah stops, "Hey! Maureen lives with me."

Maureen smiles, "Yes. I live with Dinah."

Vanessa shakes her head, "No. No. No. Maureen is staying at Cross Creek."

Billy puts his hand on Vanessa's shoulder, "Vanessa, let her choose."

"Billy."

"Vanessa, come on. She is happy with Dinah."

Vanessa walks out with Billy, "Don't you ever do that again. Do you understand me?"

"Vanessa she wants to live with Dinah. Let her."

"This isn't your call Billy!"

"Well if we're gonna be married-"

"Maybe we shoudn't."

Billy frowns.

Vanessa looks at him, "Maybe you should go home." She walks back in the room.

Billy leaves.

The Courthouse:

It's going well.

Buzz and Coop each gave great reasons for Harley and Gus. Ashlee discussed how happy Zach and Jude have always been. Lizzie walks out after she's done. She discussed how Gus and the Coopers helped her become a better person.

Coop and Ashlee follow to thank her, "Lizzie."

"Hey Coop."

"Thanks. Really. That was incredible."

"It's nothing." She goes to kiss him on the cheek but she fainted.

Coop grabs her, "Oh my God! Lizzie?"

Spaulding Mansion:

Alan looks at the paper and storms out.

Rick comes over, "Does it..?"

"It says Alan is not the father of this baby. He's not the father!"

Rick picks up Beth and the to kiss, "I can't believe this Beth. It doesn't make any sense!"

"Why not?"

"Uh.. nothing. Nothing. I'm just glad that the test came back saying Alan isn't the father! We are going to raise our child and no one can stop us!"

Rick and Beth hurry home.

Ravenwood:

The nurse hands Josh a box, "Here these are all of her things."

"Thank you." Josh sits down and goes through it. He finds a diary. He wonders whether he should read it or not. He puts it back. He takes the box out. Sticking out of the box is a file. The file Cassie got before she was sent away.

Spaulding Mansion:

Alan grabs Mindy by the arm, "You are going to pay."

"Alan this doesn't make any sense!"

"You told me I was the father!"

"You have to be! That baby can't be Rick's! I know it!"

Alan is furious.

Courthouse:

Susan is walks up to the stand. The man starts asking her questions, "Ms. Lemay, I'd like to ask you about your ex boyfriend."

"Which one?"

"The one that recently broke out of prison."

Harley's mouth drops. She had no idea Guillespie was free.

"I want to talk to you about Mark Guillespie."

Susan is nervous.
