I was glad for Heather, even though she's a [!@#$%^&*] nutjob stresscase who's gonna have a heart attack by 27. The showmance with Rachel is on. Girls are in :wub:

We wondered where Maribel was ourselves.

We also thought it would've been cool to have some of last year's chefs (Elsie, Michael, Jessica, Ralph, Dewburry) come back to help out the finalists. I should've known the overachieving little psycho would win out in the end.

But Virginia's restaurant was gorgeous and worthy of a 5 star hotel. Heather's design, not so much. I think I saw Bert & Ernie's faces on some of her plateware in fact.
