May 16, 200619 yr Member Well i'm interested in ABC and Fox..i don't watch any shows on cbs and have no desire to watch shows on that network.. except for Big Brother during the summer...I'm really excited to see what ABC has to offer..
May 16, 200619 yr Member I actually think NBC did a solid lineup! Most of the shows they picked up look really strong, not sure how the timeslots will be until I see what the others are doing.
May 16, 200619 yr Member I agree Chris HEROS - Definitly Watching FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS - Maybe (depends on CBS/ABC offerings) KIDNAPPED - Maybe (depends on CBS/ABC offerings) STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP - Watching THE BLACK DONNELLYS - Watching AMERICA'S GOT TALENT - Watching The Biggest Loser - Watching My Name Is Earl - Watching
May 16, 200619 yr Member Definitely watching The Office, as for the new shows... based on paper and what some people are saying about them... Heroes - Definitely Friday Night Lights - Definitely (American Dreams-lite? I'll take it) Kidnapped - Might check it out 20 Good Years - Checking it out 30 Rock - Checking it out Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip - Maybe, maybe not The Black Donnelleys - Maybe
May 16, 200619 yr Author Member What I'll watch on NBC: Heroes - maybe Friday Night Lights - ABSOLUTELY! Kidnapped - Nah 20 Good Years - Will watch at least once 30 Rock - Will watch at least once Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip - hmm ... with Grey's on Thursday @9, probably not The Black Donnelleys - hmm ... maybe
May 16, 200619 yr Administrator NBC's gotta move Studio 60 to Mondays now. There's no way a new show can go up against the two biggest shows on TV! God, I really hate ABC right now even though I understand what they're doing, they want to attack CSI with their hottest show.
May 16, 200619 yr Member i think NBC should move Studio 60 to wednesday at 9pm against Lost...Lost is going to be taking breaks during the season, so they could hit up that audience..Also NBC could just do their 2 hour comedy block on thursday, like many thought they would do.. that thursday at 9pm slot is going to be tough..
May 16, 200619 yr Member I think Heroes could definitely become the next Lost... Two years ago, ABC and NBC had similarly-themed dramas in the works. ABC has "Lost" about a bunch of plane crash survivors, while NBC had "Eden" about a bunch of survivors from a cruise ship accident. Both groups ended up on "deserted" islands. NBC passed on "Eden" while "Lost" went on to become a major hit. This year, NBC and CBS had similarly themed dramas with "Heroes" and "Ultra." CBS will most likely not pick-up "Ultra," so could "Heroes" become the hit that "Lost" has become? Just something I realized
