There's a separate forum but the threads from it are also appearing in Discuss the Soaps.

As part of the beta test, I have chosen to use the fluid view option at this time so that people can still use the discuss the soaps forum (as they have for more than 20 years) without having to look for the appropriate individual show forum using multiple clicks.

If that isn't something people would be open to, I can have the forum placed by itself in the Discussion hierarchy, something which I had done back in March for all five shows, but didn't make the BTG forum active until yesterday.

Right.

If this is an issue, and most prefer it outside of the parent Discuss the Soaps forum, we can do that.

Remember, this is a beta test, so feedback is necessary to get things right.

I hope there will be some rules around spoilers and common sense in the thread titles. Some places require spoiler tags for a certain period of time after air, like 24 hours. Like for example if GH did a major reveal at at the end of the episode and one of the posters watching live at 2 posted a thread about it at 2:55, that would spoil the 3 PM viewers and people who watch at night or are behind. At least as it is right now, you know not to go into the monthly thread if you're behind. Just food for thought.

Precisely. BTG is the only soap I watch and I’m always up to date but still 1 or 2 days behind, and spoiler free. That’s why the monthly thread worked for me. Also I really don’t see what isolated topics could pique my interest. Certainly not Cady McClain’s whereabouts. The Reddit sub forum is like that, where you have multiple topics about the show, but I just stop at the thread titles. We’ll see.
