CBS soaps soccer preemptions April-May 2026

BTG is fully preempted for the 2026 UEFA Champions League semifinals (European soccer live).

The semifinals are
Tues, April 28, Wed. April 29,
Tues. May 5, and Wed. May 6.

BTG is fully preempted in USA and Canada on the soccer dates, and with nothing new uploaded online.
(Hopefully Canada gets the memo).

The matches are broadcast live in the European evenings which happens to be USA daytime.
There is a one-hour pre-match show "UEFA Champions League Today",
and then the two-hour match "UEFA Champions League Soccer",
to make a solid 3-hour block of soccer programming on CBS broadcast TV.

B&B and Y&R will be disrupted in Western time zones of USA on those dates, but will still officially air with new episodes.
On those four dates, some viewers may have to watch Y&R and B&B on a different channel, or at a different time or overnight, or watch online on cbs.com or paramountplus.
B&B and Y&R will air at regular times through all of Canada.
