I genuinely don’t know who it’s going to ultimately be.

I wonder if the writers know who it is going to be. They love to make stuff up as they go along.

Bring it on! And sorry, I loved the dark and stormy night.

I wish they hadn’t gone out of their way to exclude Kai and Trina as suspects.

I'll be that guy. It wouldn't shock me if Jake did it, and he's not even on canvas atm. He had a deep relationship with Drew before Drew Q became who he is today. He is old enough and has a dark enough history with Cassadine brainwashing that I can see him going for the second shot, unlike a young child. (I would invoke the Stephanie Hobart/Carlo Hesser example from OLTL re: a shooter appearing to be off canvas and turning up 'later', but I can't recall if that was actually the case.)

It would also potentially allow Liz Korte to finally rid herself of Jake, who she clearly does not want around (vis a vis Jason and Liz). I hope I'm wrong though, I'm not really expecting anything like that. Jake is a longshot guess and not my first choice. (I would still go with Willow framing Nina, etc.)

I feel like there is a 50% chance Mo thinks DA Sidwell's Wife is just Hannah. She is starting to make Lisa Vultaggio look like a seasoned thespian.

Forgot to add last week: The Gio stuff in the church and with Dante/BLQ talking about his foster mother was admittedly very well-done, from script to performances. GM remains very strong and connected well with them, as well as alone in his monologue to his mother.

Jake is actually an interesting choice I hadn't contemplated.  I was secretly hoping Scout just had enough of her dad's nonsense lol.  But seriously, Willow is the way to go.

I honestly thought Sidwell's wife was just a pretty woman and not an actual actress.  Apparently acting is her career of choice.  I would agree that Vultaggio is better and I am positive I have never complimented her before.  DA Turner is one of the most unnatural actresses on the planet.  She's lucky Rachel Boyd's Sophia on Days exists or I would name her the most stilted performer on soaps.  Hannah at least had a purpose.  An ill-conceived purpose, but there was a point to the character.  There is literally no point to this DA lady.

I seem to recall Nazneen Contractor's name coming up in some big industry news many years ago but I honestly can't recall what. I do remember her brief role on 24 as well as Rota's longer, progressively more annoying one. She's pretty dreadful, and even more inconsequential a character than Reese. She's in the Claire Walsh or Jordan Baines/Kristin Minter zone, the latter of whom I barely remember.

It seems like her most notable role would be on CBS's Ransom several years ago?   Not really the point though lol.  I know it's not the easiest task in the world to create chemistry with Mo/Sonny, but this is painful.  It doesn't even feel like human interaction.

Claire Walsh at least briefly had an agenda to take Sonny down and was a lame spoiler for a returning Brenda.  DA Turner just dislikes Sonny?  Dislikes the mob?   She's not an active threat to Sonny, so I don't know why they even interact.

I honestly don't remember Jordan Baines at all lol.

Not that much, lol! They just had the typical romantic dinner with Donna together while Turner was shocked, shocked! to hear Congressman Drew threatening Sonny, and gushed that she was beginning to understand his value to Port Charles. It was so dumb, just an ancient, tired script that has been done 500 times.

IIRC she was just a hot piece who was barely there so they could say Sonny might get some action in a particularly slow moment for him, post-Carly and Sam and pre-Reese/Kate.

LOL Alexis getting on her moral superiority high horse about abuse of power.

BTW - How's Ric doing in your basement? How's violating your oath to protect a felon? Oh, and using your position of authority to steal from a child.

I'm assuming Alexis' lines are written as a parody. Drew is right to keep Scout away from a 'rules for thee, but not for me' Granny.

Didn't Sonny fire a second shot at Jagger, after shooting him point blank in the heart, last year? 🤔
