This week on “Live with Kelly and Mark,” the daytime talk show hosted by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos will bid a fond farewell to its studio home of nearly 40 years at 67th St. and Columbus Ave.

On Monday, March 31, Jenny Mollen will return to discuss the revival of the cooking show, "Dinner and A Movie," which she hosts with husband Jason Biggs, chef Eric Adjepong will cook with Kelly and Mark, and the Los Lonely Boys will perform.

In an episode airing on Tuesday, April 1, the show looks back on the “Live” family’s most memorable moments at its studio home for nearly 40 years before moving into its new digs within Disney’s corporate headquarters located at 7 Hudson Square, plus a surprise guest who has appeared the most times on the show makes their 100th “Live” appearance!

Before moving into its new studio next week, the hosts will spend the rest of this week in Greater Palm Springs with celebrity guests, including Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Abbott Elementary”) on Wednesday, April 2. That day’s episode includes Kyle Richards from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

On Thursday, April 3, real-life married couple Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell will join Kelly and Mark, plus a performance from Neon Trees.

The Friday, April 4 episode sees Don Johnson from ABC’s “Doctor Odyssey” joins in the fun, along with comedian Caroline Rhea and a performance by Bishop Briggs.

Broadcast from New York City, “Live with Kelly and Mark” is distributed in national syndication by Disney Entertainment and airs weekdays. Check local listings.

The show is produced by WABC-TV and executive produced by Michael Gelman and Kelly Ripa.

Note: Guest attendance is subject to change.

Visit the show’s official website for information on getting tickets, plus find out where and how to watch in your area.

Are these Palm Springs episodes repeats from last year?

With Friday's episode featuring Don Johnson from ABC's "Doctor Odyssey," I would expect the episodes to be brand new since the episodes are being promoted as originating from Greater Palm Springs.

Today's show had a previously recorded on it.

I'm not the producer of the show, but I know in some cases they air episodes as "new" that were previously recorded, either featuring old clips (i.e. repeats) or they pre-taped an episode and are clarifying that Kelly and Mark are not currently LIVE in studio considering the show's title.

Either way, they should be in their new digs at 7 Hudson Square starting next week.
