Sam's goodbye scenes haven't had much energy; it's like the actress has already started to play dead

You'd think Anna would be more upset with Holly and Robert, finding out that they conceived a child while she was married to him and being held hostage by Faison. Blame the writers; they've done such little research on the history, it's laughable; they probably don't know those details. Blame the actors too? Perhaps Fiona wouldn't want to play being hurt and jealous by that; she's been over her character showing any romantic feelings for Robert for decades.

If they wanted to give Robert and Holly a child, how about tapping into Robert's missing years, 1992-2006; say Robert thought Anna dead, and he eventually started meeting up with Holly now and then, and a child resulted? That would be much better than dropping what we saw on screen in 1992/ 1993, with a non pregnant Holly getting involved with Mac and Bill.

There was a dog cage, I think a horse and carriage got bombed in the backstory, he spent years being called 'Dogboy" - it's a lot. I don't think he lasted six months.

I actually have long felt he is a prime character to bring on since he is younger than Robin, and you could get a hot Black British guy (Gabriel inexplicably had no accent back then but nobody will remember or care). But you'd have to scrub most of his ridiculous origin story.
