I saw the complaints about Gabi's dress and looked at it today and thought it was fine.  She looked cute.  I think Cherie is doing a good job as Gabi.  She channels CB a lot.  The one thing I notice she does is sometimes talk really slowly like she's carefully enunciating all her words.  Some of her dialogue sounds stilted at times because of it.

FakeAbby is not doing a good job at all with this act.  I assume this took years of planning so I don't know why she or Mark didn't do the most basic history check.  At least if she knew who was who she could know who to keep her guard up around and act more natural.  I have a feeling this story is doomed from the start.

Galen Gering seems like a really nice guy.  I am sure he's great to have on set and a team player.  Unfortunately, Rafe needs to go.  Even Jada just being acting Police Commish was better than any of Rafe's police work in years.  I'd let GG go and hire someone new for Jada.

So, I wonder if the Greene's grew up in Salem.  Because it always goes back to my main issue, which is aren't these people famous in their home town?  Jack and Jennifer owned the newspaper, his father was a serial killer, and their cousins saved the planet.  You would think anyone who was raised nearby would know their history.  For example, you're actually hanging out in the town square named for their grandparents.

I guess you might not know their family secrets, like who slept with whom.  But, certainly you'd know, Stephanie was a racecar driver who was almost kidnapped by an airlines company that was a front for human trafficking.

I was thinking perhaps FAbby was part of the accident that killed the Greene's parents.  Maybe she was presumed dead or in a coma or something for a long period of time and didn't grow up in Salem.  It seems like Aaron and Felicity did.  Mark should have at least a working knowledge of Abby's relative's if he's been in Salem that long and be able to give the basics.  Or, you know, just use google to figure it out.

It is an interesting theory, because she was in that room for a while.  Initially, I thought Chad (or Jennifer) caused the accident, and the Greenes were out for vengeance.  But the only recent car accidents that I recall are Xander forcing Bonnie and Susan off the road, and Jennifer's accident that injured Gwen.  And we never heard of additional injuries in either case.

Ava drove Susan over a cliff with EJ in pursuit. Bonnie never left the shed. Xander had released Susan prior to that so forced nobody off the road.

The only other accident in recent years was the Jude birth last year and Adrienne killed by Orpheus in 2019. Maybe the Greenes were on the road when Eric mowed down Daniel

That's a good one, given the recency

The Daniel accident also makes sense, given that it was just brought up again.  But, wouldn't the timing be off?  Because Aaron is the same age as Holly. I assume Felicity is older than Aaron.  But Mark couldn't have raised them both for the past 16 years.

Days is horrible with continuity and can change a story at any time, but I was going to assume any accident Fabby might have been in was a long time ago.   Just because it doesn't seem like Aaron or Felicity are currently grieving or have mentioned an accident besides their parents.

Honestly, for all we know Fabby is Mark's half sister and the non-Greene parent is the key to all this.

    • I'm so happy that the four MSW tv movies are now on Tubi.. and I also think I saw the 12 seasons of the show on there as well.
    • Well he was cute. And we should be thankful the show has day players. It was a way of getting Dani to reveal her relationship to Andre, although not really necessary-unless he pops up again.   Harsh! I like Jacob a lot. But I think they need more depth, not just being the nice married couple with a social justice streak. As for Vern and Nita, I do find them a little overbearing at times with their posturing and entitled attitude.  And Uptown. This is where the lack of workplace sets is a problem. If more characters worked at the police staion, or Bill's office/Vanessa's etc  there would be more natural places for people to cross paths and  interact.
    • Yes Daphne left in the May 26 episode
    • Haha, I get it. I was too old when Halloweentown was popular with the kids, but I did go back and watch the first two about 6-7 years ago and actually thought Marnie was a likable lead and she was pretty good, for a movie like that. But now watching GL and seeing her as a young child, I totally get what you're saying. She's annoying haha.
    • I feel bad for judging a child, but, to be fair, she's over 40 now. My daughter was into Halloweentown when it reran on the Disney Channel in the 2010s. I wasn't impressed then, either.
    • Isn't that funny how certain memories as young children stick with you through life... Haha I totally get what you mean. That's how I felt with GL in the beginning, but then I got used to it. Seeing so many of my favorite AMC characters on GL was wild - Walker, Irizarry, Dusay, Budig, Aleksander, Gil Rogers, etc.  Ironically, it helps that Irizarry and Dusay played both mother/son in both shows. I know Marcy Walker was wasted on GL as Tangie, but selfishly I'm so glad she was. When she left GL and returned immediately to AMC as Liza Colby, man was it such a great storyline. The Tad/Dixie/Liza triangle was so emotional, tense and memorable. The AMC fans got lucky with that one. WRCW, Tad/Liza working together, the affair, then Jason Sheffield and the shooting on-set... all amazing stuff.   LOL!
    • I remember thinking that he was fantastic after Reva's 1990 "death," with his grief and attempted relationship with Harley. I also remember the cute Marah, not the toothy chick from Halloweentown.
    • Totally agree - we have much to learn about Vernon, and I'd love to see it.
    • I've enjoyed Vernon but I wouldn't be opposed to learning more about his life beyond his political work. What kind of family does he come from? Does he have any siblings? I feel like that could be an interesting thing to look at.
