ATWT: Frontburner actress leaving?

From CelebratingtheSoaps.com...

Jennifer Ferrin (Jennifer, As the World Turns) is rumored to be leaving the soap when her contract expires soon... Meanwhile Tuc Watkins (David, One Life to Live) has been cast in a FOX pilot called 13 Graves. If it is picked up by the network, Watkins most likely won't renew his contract with OLTL when it expires this summer. NEW 4/8

I wonder if its true, and if it is, will there be a recast?

probably not immediately. It's not ATWTs style. They'll write her out, and recast her a few months later.

I bet ATWT would re-cast Jennifer if Jennifer Ferrin is truly leaving. I also think OLTL just might re-cast David Vickers IF Tuc Watkins leaves and/or can't work around his OLTL schedule and the FOX show if it gets picked up for this fall.

I think Tuc will most likely leave and I doubt they'd recast David... I don't see how they could. Tuc is David.

I don't think Jennifer will be recast. Not at all, especially since Lucy is coming back.

As for Ferrin, I think she'll leave, whether she gets the Emmy or not.
