Great movie! I've seen twice already. It's number 1 movie on Prime.

Watched the movie, but the longer it went on, the more I wished it would be over. Didn't read the book, but the movie would have been better off as a series. There were cute parts, but between terrible writing and so-so acting, the film overall fell apart. Completely ignoring or resolving how that "reporter" got access to information about their affair and the Texas plan was jarring and bothered me to no end. The casting of the older brother as the prince who would later become king was a choice. The complete lack of a Secret Service detail in several scenes or the British Royal Guard for that matter, was just lazy. The use of CGI in scenes was also lazy. The quickness of the couple flying back and forth from the U.S. to Britain and vice-versa is also lazy.

Actors were cute. Jokes fell flat. Ending was crap.
