Due to President Biden’s address on the situation in Ukraine, today’s regularly scheduled all-new episodes of “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful” will instead be seen tomorrow, February 25, in their entirety, CBS announced this afternoon.

In place of original episodes, repeats for both soaps were quickly inserted with “The Young and the Restless” airing a November 2019 episode in which Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) took a trip down memory lane as he read the completed Abbott family memoir. The episode included flashbacks and featured several characters and actors who haven’t been seen in quite some time or have passed on the show and in real life.

On “The Bold and the Beautiful,” a July 2017 repeat from Monte Carlo was shown which pit Spectra vs. Forrester for a charity fashion show in which Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope; now appearing on “The Young and the Restless”) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pull out all the stops for the ultimate money showdown.

Social handles for both soaps shared an additional update on the situation, stating, “The all-new episode will air at our next regularly scheduled time, so you won’t miss a minute.”
