Lee Phillip Bell's Estates Listed for Sale

As we all know, Lee Phillip Bell died earlier this year and her Estate has now taken the step of liquidating two prime properties she resided in.

 

The first, listed at $39 million, is the longtime Beverly Hills Post Office residence that she lived in with Bill Bell when they moved to Los Angeles from Chicago in 1986. When you look at the photos, notice how the living room and the Forrester living room set are identical. Exteriors of this home are also used on B&B:

The second, listed at $21.5 million, is the Malibu Colony residence that she used as a weekend/beach house. I do not see much comparison to any B&B sets with this home, but it is unique in that it has its own beachfront swimming pool:
