DVR+7 and streams are not included in those ratings and are definitely a major audience factor these day. Unlike 10 years ago.

Live plus 7 adds less than 10 percent to the audience total and don’t advertisers still focus on the C3 ratings not live plus 7? Live+7 is a way to inflate your numbers but it’s not what advertisers base their rates on.
