Just curious who might have  Roku device of some kind? I have  roku stick which I love better than fire tv stick. Plus so many great apps and get free classic tv and movies with it.

I have the Roku Express.  I never consider the Fire stick because I don't subscribe to Amazon Prime.  I'm pretty satisfied with Roku.  I also synched it with my library card for access to Hoopla Digital, although I don't use that as much as I thought I would.  I wish more local news would get on board with livestreaming on Roku and on streaming boxes in general.  It seems like local news is still more accessible on my laptop than on Roku but that's slowly starting to change as well.

I have 2. I have about 230 channels downloaded but I tend to watch the same handful. I do have Amazon Prime on them (one of my faves). The classic tv and movie channels tend to get repetitive if you download enough of them (which I have, lol)....and some developers essentially make half a dozen versions of the same channel, just putting different themes on the top row (ie, scifi, comedy, film noir, etc.). It also makes a great 2nd cable device without having to have another cable box.

As for those other channels...well, I have them in case I get around to doing yoga, want to play Deal or No Deal, look at a recipe I'll never make...basically, "when the mood strikes me" type of channels. 😛

haha yea I had added a bunch of recipe channels and then never looked at them even once! Gaia though isnt just yoga, they have tons of great documentaries and tv shows on there. I watch those way more than I do the yoga
