My mother and I have a very bad relationship. My mother is a narcissist and has psychologically abused me all my life. Today I am proud of myself that I didn't let her get to me and ignored her all day.

What for...

She was ungrateful to a birthday present me and my husband sent her. That we PAID a lot of money for. She screamed at me on the phone how she hates the jewelry and the would just return it to us.

I told her to do whatever she pleases and haven't returned her calls since 14-00. 

Don't allow narcissists to rule your life.
