I think this is the first day when it's above 30 degrees in like a year. Going from 15 degrees max to 31 without transitional period is hell. I feel like I'm trapped inside and I'm getting cabin fever in just 3-4 days of heat. I don't want to wait for it to become night to go outside. I am f-cking depressed.
