I definitely remember hearing his Y&R recap on a road trip in the neighborhood of about 14 years ago. I didn't realize it was the same voice from the 90s voiceovers.

He started off doing the All My Children Update around '89/'90 (?), we listened on WKYS (Donnie Simpson) as my mother drove me to school.  Apparently, ABC/AMC didn't want him doing it anymore, and he switched to Y&R.  He was a hoot, doing silly voices as he acted out the various roles.  I was very disappointed when he made the switch to Y&R (which obviously didn't hurt their viewership, if that's what ABC/AMC was worried about).
