Members DRW50
Some of their casting decisions, the pointless shock value murder of Will (several people I know quit watching over what basically amounted to some poorly acted 3-day grief scenes and an offcamera Ejami reunion), poorly done returns, etc. likely pushed away as many viewers as they may have brought in. And a lot of the fans that remain are very loyal to the end, but, I confess, if they're anything like some of the Facebook fans I see, they aren't very smart. Result: DAYS not doing crazy outthere stunts, ratings flatline. The only thing I can say in favour of what's currently on screen is that it LOOKS 1000x better than what the last 7 years have thanks to Tomlin-Vision. I know it kept the show on the air this whole time, but Alarr's done a lot to make the show feel more professional. That helps make a lot of the dud stories look a lot better, though I wonder how much more compelling the first year or so of TomSell would have been if they'd put the effort into the look of the show.
