So I guess Lynch is back to saying the show is done...

As the article said, I don't think it's clear from the context. It can be read that way or it can be read as him simply saying that is the ending of the story of Season 3. I can't make a determination. In the old days Lynch used to be much more clear that all of TP was 'dead as a doornail.'

I read Lynch's statement - which could just be about Season 3 - to be more ambiguous. When he wants to be understood he makes it plain, as he did for years with Twin Peaks in the '90s and 2000s claiming it was 'dead as a doornail.' Now I think it's 50/50 myself.

What was that about Lynch's cough? Are they saying he's ill...?

 

I felt a bit bad for Kyle in knowing what to say as I don't even think he worked with Pamela Gidley. It was a nice statement though.
