He is intelligent without being a know-it-all, and warm without being smarmy (that means you, Mr. Lauer). If only there were more like him. He def will challenge guests. I'm just glad they didn't go insane and choose Rachael Maddow or Chris Hayes. No one except the small minority of the left would take them seriously.
