This was really good.  Perhaps they could have taken more advantage of the location and era and show her at places like The Brown Derby or actors playing famous hollywood stars, but other than that nitpick there is little to criticize about this show.  It's fun, it has a good story, the cars and clothes look good, it has likable stars...what's not to like?  I miss Howard Stark a little, and perhaps the Jarvis role has gotten a little goofy, as is Mrs Jarvis.  One thing I would say is the singer in the hotel was inauthentic.   That didn't sound like 1940s at all.

 

Interesting alien matter idea, I wonder if they will tie this into some future movie FX extravanganza.

Damn wonderful premier.  I can certainly do without silly ass Jarvis, however.  

 

Peggy is as fantastic as ever.  The bank scene was epic, and the bag of coins to the head?  So damn epic!  Dottie was pretty clear when she wanted Jack to dismiss himself.  He's not in her league.  She wanted her equal, Peggy.  

 

Not sure about the impending triangle, but I'm a bit intrigued.  

Premieres to series low ratings. That's depressing.
