God I love this show. That preview is enticing.

Apologies if this was posted and I am looking for a good link to be 100% certain, but apparently Lee Daniels has confirmed Patti LaBelle will be in the season finale, presumably as herself and reportedly singing. I think she turned up in a photo with Jussie Smollett on his Instagram as well.

I've actually stayed in Bushwick and it's really not that bad especially now with the influence of gentrification. Okay, there are a few parts that are still a bit dicey at night but hey, it's not like it's East New York or anything.

You're right. I dog on Bushwick a lot to friends, but it is gentrifying and it's not like it's Escape from New York. They found some real rough spot for Jamal, it was a bit much.

I really want EMPIRE to at the very least stay steady in the ratings. But I wouldn't complain if it went up!

VR kept telling Y&R they need to get non whites to help them to write. Basicly what Empire & Thursday night doing, Y&R didn't want to do. They like to recycle writers that already proven that they aren't that good.

I guess they gear up for 2nd season. They casting call for R&B singers, rappers with clean lyrics, urban acts.

Empire has nothing to do with Y&R and VR isnt on this show so why would this mean anything to her?
