Reva & Billy crash

After receving an invite to speak to a group of high school girls back home, Reva is convinced by Billy to let him drive her there. The two proceed to take off on a trip to Cross Creek, a place that holds many special memories for Reva & Josh

During the trip, Reva comes to grips with all the decisions that she's made, especially the ones concerning Josh. She begins to fantasize about what her life would have been like had she stayed married to Billy, unaware that the oil man has fallen for her once again.

Awaiting her moment to speak to the audience, Reva experiences the usual jitters. But just when it appears that she won't get through them, she spots the one man she could always count on .......... Josh!

Buyoyed by her ex's surprise appearance, Reva goes on to deliver a riveting address. However, Billy also spots the love in her eyes and realizes that his brother has once again claimed the heart of the woman he adores.

As Reva rejoices on the car ride home, after her successful speech, Billy mulls over his next step. Just as she begins to thank him for helping her realize that she belongs with Josh, Bily decides to confess his feelings. But before he can, Reva spots an open liquor bottle at his feet. Then an approaching truck appears and a huge crash is heard.

Having careened off the road, the two get trapped in the car. But Josh gets to the scenes and saves them, keeping Reva alie until the paramedics can arrive. Just when it looks like the worst is over, Josh discovers the open bottle and realizes that Billy was drinking and friving. Is he willing to turn in his big brother? and if he does, will Billy or Reva ever be able to forgive him?

I haven't been able to say that about this show for awhile....

This is probably the "can's miss" GL epi that the new SOW refers to. It's most probably the Wednesday "Inside The Light: Reva" show.

I was in total disbelief reading this.

The Reva episode sounds like it will top all the special ones DK has done before. One Question though. Why would Billy have Reva of all people talk to teens? If anything she'd be the one example of what teens shouldn't become considering her past. Oh well.

If only the rest of GL's storylines could get this interesting.

That's what I was thinking. I guess she can provide a good example of what not to do.

This regime can produce only one or two good episodes a year, it seems.
