I don't think so, but it is possible.

Monty was with "Secret Storm" from the beginning until the late 1960s, either 1968 or 1969. Within a year or two, she was working at "Bright Promise" until it came to a conclusion. After "Promise" folded, Monty produced some daytime anthologies or specials hoping to create something different in daytime. By that point, Irna Phillips would have passed away.

If they did work together, it would have been prior to 1954. I don't know if Monty had any history working in radio, but one would assume she did.
