I dont think so. They may have had a different relationship than Heche did, but they still have chemistry and I saw it as an unbiased viewer to the characters with no previous knowledge of the roles. Chemistry is something inherent of the actors and Buchanan and PMW had it. They were great together and really worked well as a couple

please dont compare her to Rahmer. JB was at least a competent and decent actress. Those nothing redeemable about Rahmer's perfromances
