The license allows them to do what they will with the shows while the license remains, but yes...ABC ultimately still owns both shows.

When Prospect Park licensed the soaps, it included archival footage. Not sure why people thought it didn't. Would you purchase something in order to move forward with and not make sure you took all of it in the deal?

No. As much as I wish they hadn't killed that kid (or rather, wish Ron Carlivati had gotten off his ass and fixed it by now) I think it's best that they take into account the GH history for all the transplanted characters, the good, the bad and the ugly. I think erasing it is a copout.

Why would Cutter be scheming with Rama again if he has a legit job now as manager of Blair's new nightclub? Cutter already try to con the Buchanans twice and failed both times! Why would the new writers want to rehash Cutter trying to con the wealthy again if he's currently earning a steady paycheck?

Towards the end of his OLTL's run on ABC, Cutter wanted to turn over a new leaf after finding out about about his mother Alex's gold digging past in Llanview and reuniting with her in Rio, and didn't want to end up like his mother, which was the beginning of his character's redemption! He isn't going to be an entirely nice guy on the reboot, because he will be having a relationship with Nikki/JWoww on the show, while being a gigolo with some of the female patrons! The PP guys said they wanted to tell relevant and current stories for the reboots of AMC and OLTL, not tell the same old stories like coming back from the dead, evil twins, and especially con artists! Maybe the writers will make Cutter into a sex addict!

I'm sorry, dear, I just cannot read your Great American Novel. I realize you are evidently Cutter's #1 fan, and that's great; I like him too. But if you seriously believe Cutter is not going to be a ne'er do well and con man anymore, I think you are fooling yourself. So let's leave it at that.

It was definitly his sister Kim that Cutter was calling on the phone after he was arrested for poisoning a rich guy's drink at the Spotted Pony strip club from that prison in Anchorage, KY! It was also Cutter's final scene on ABC's version of OLTL!
