Been watching all week, love the fallout to the baby switch story. RC writes crappy stories but they always have really good climaxes.

Like the Buchanan heir story of several years ending with Buddhist David as Bo's comic relief son.

No like the Tale of Two Todds, Marty's return, KAD serial killer, Folder F--k, Hannah's obsession, Tea's cancer/Evil Eli, etc....

Aside from the folder porn movie, most of those had shockingly poor endings - the KAD finale, complete with jig-dancing nutjob Rebecca, was one of the worst things I've ever seen on a soap, and TSJ openly tanked everything (one of the few times I agreed with that choice)

well he wasnt talking about the finales. RC did write crap stories but did have good climaxes. He is good with heightened drama and action and can push out amazing week's worth of episodes but its what leads up to there and the fallout which isnt always so great. I thout the story was dumb but that week were the 3 women were held hostage was great tv, especially the interaction between Tea and Blair and how they formed an unexpted little alliance. The final weeks of OLTL exemplified this as well as it was must see tv, but the stuff which led up to that was mainly poor and not that great. He's donig the same here on GH, but with less stellar results.

I was talking about the climaxes too. If anything I thought the buildup of some of those stories were better - the KAD climax was in many ways the death of OLTL, with the terrible acting from everyone involved, Tea's awful hamming when she was shot and the beginnings of the Danielle story, the tasteless decision to "redeem" Todd by having him drone on to Marty about her memories so she wouldn't have amnesia anymore, the tasteless decision to have "evil" Powell condemn Todd's actions, trying to manipulate viewers into seeing that this view was wrong, having Rebecca as a psycho for no apparent reason and having Todd step over her corpse without even noticing.

But if he is getting better at it on GH, then I'm happy.

I loved the climax to Eli's reign of terror when Marty let Natalie know she knew about her and Brody lol... I am about to go watch it again

I obviously loved Todd finding out Tea was alive

I never enjoyed Marty as the world's most hilarious mental patient so that might be why I don't remember it as fondly.

To be fair to her, Susan Haskell gives more there than about 90% of GH's cast lately.

KM's hair looks so greasy and dirty, bleh.
