Members Mr. Vixen
I'm sure people will still find ways to make GIFs. They can always rip the material of youtube.

Members DRW50
From what I read, this has been delayed for now as they are still working things out. This affects torrents, not making gifs.
Members DRW50
You can still download from Youtube as well.
Members Ryan Chamberlain
Just torrents. I guess I better go ahead and suck up the fact that I may never be able to watch some of my favorite sitcoms again unless the economy improves and I get a job were I can afford everything I like on DVD. Members DRW50
I know what you mean, although at least some sitcoms are on Youtube for now (others like Angie, which has never even been released on DVD, were taken down for copyright reasons).
