It never made any sense to me that he faked his death and then went to live in LA with Starr as she pursued a high profile career. I think they should just say he decided to leave with them again. I know RC likes to make most of his stories pointless but having Cole sent back to jail would be such a huge anticlimax.

Its what I said and its why I hope his scenes in the last episode will just have been revealed to be his dream. All he needs to do is make a call to Starr to check in on her and Hope to explain it all away

    So their happy ending was pointless now. Cole coming to GH just doesn't make sense at all.
