I definitely can't see Pamela Fryman leaving her current gig for GH (other than maybe some guest directing) but she is clearly doing something soap-related. Maybe a prime-time soap?

ETA: Now I think she was referring to the Lisa De Cazotte news. I found an interview where she refers to Lisa (then Hesser) as her "best friend from home". It's at the very end.
