The GH boards are ghost towns compared to the traffic they used to inspire.

But the same with Y&R although Y&R has never had a huge online presence but Days also. The only show in all fairness that is getting a lot of buzz is OLTL and maybe AMC to a lessor degree only due to the cancellation.

The show is terrible and has been for some time. It is impossible to say how much is Frank, how much is Ron and how much is Frons. In light of the fact that RC and FV are moving to GH, I think we can say they are at best suck ups and agreeable to Frons' poor decisions. Then again, it is a job.

I admit I do have a hard time blaming these people for wanting to hold on to their jobs...

I get that RC has had many issues with budget and the higher ups, but that still doesn't excuse him. A talented writer would have worked with those obstacles and made them somewhat bearable for the viewers.

Like that budgetary issues, or whatever you may call them, that led to Susan Haskell's exit. Why not just give her character a respectful exit? Same goes for Tina.

I assume I should be glad Kish or Michael/Marcie didn't depart in the same manner as Schyler or Marty.

Yeah the way characters suddenly tended to go out of character and psychotic so often is one thing that really irks me. Marty snaps essentially over a man, after all she's gone through and survived??

Any one with any power with how the show is executed is to blame, that includes RC and FV. RC is not the only writer to have issues with budgets, actor availability or network interference so I don't see why that is an excuse for his work he takes the good as well as the bad.
