It was stupid, for many reasons, to try to attack Rupert Murdoch, but unless this guy was just desperate for attention (which I guess he was), why would you put yourself in a position where you make Murdoch into a martyr?

No wonder they're going back up on the market, between this nonsense and the lowered expectations that meant all they had to do to look good at the hearing was to not kick puppies.
