They need to cut their losses with shitty Rachel Melvin, send her to prison for a year or two to pay for her crimes, and bring her back with improvments. Something like Sarah Brown's Carly.

If written better and with a better actress, there can be possiblities. But unfortunately Rachel sucks and should be shown the door.
