I know X Factor has never been a great home for talent (even if they do have some talent, like Alex Burke, JLS, Leona Lewis, Shayne Ward, among others), but I'm surprised that right before they go to the US, Simon has let the show become such a trainwreck.

Some of this I don't know whether to laugh or cover my ears or cringe.
